Revision Notes
This specification is based on the notification of the former National Construction Commission (81) Jianfa Shezi No. 546 document, and is revised by the Shanghai Civil Architectural Design Institute and relevant units to the original "Indoor Water Supply, Drainage and Hot Water Supply Design Specification" TJ15-74. During the revision process, a relatively extensive investigation and research was conducted, the experience since the implementation of the original specification was carefully summarized, some scientific research results were absorbed, and the opinions of relevant units were solicited. After review organized by our commission, the draft for approval was completed. This specification is divided into four chapters. The main contents of the revision are: water quota, calculation formula for design second flow of domestic water supply pipes for residential and public buildings, calculation method for design second flow of domestic sewage drainage, and design method of rainwater channels. This code also adds the content of water supply and drainage of high-rise buildings, ventilation system of drainage pipes and disinfection of hospital sewage, and adds two sections on swimming pools and fountains. Other aspects such as prevention of water pollution, water and energy conservation, safe water supply, and new pipe materials have also been modified and supplemented. In the process of implementing this code, if you find that there are places that need to be modified or supplemented, please send your opinions and relevant materials to Shanghai Civil Architecture Design Institute and copy to our committee for reference when revising it.
