Pesticide bottles" should be tested for durability before being filled with pesticides for the first time. They can only be used when the contents and the pesticide bottles are free of corrosion and other physical and chemical changes.
Test method
5.1 Appearance inspection
Visual inspection should be carried out under natural light or at a distance of 0.6m from a 40W fluorescent lamp. 5.2. Measurement of bottle 1 and height deviation
Measure and calculate with a measuring instrument with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 5.3. Measurement of verticality deviation
Measure according to the provisions of 6.4 in QB/T1868-2004. 5.4. Measurement of full capacity
Use clean water as the test liquid, and pour it into the sample bottle until the mouth is level, then pour the water in the bottle into the measuring cup. The reading measured is the full capacity value of the pesticide bottle (or the capacity value is obtained by weighing and then converting it into volume). 5.5. Measurement of minimum wall thickness and symmetrical part wall ratio shall be measured according to the provisions of 5.6 in GB/T13508-1992. 5.6. Measurement of mass deviation
BB/T 0044-2007
Measure and calculate with a balance with a sensitivity of 0.01g. 5.7. Physical and mechanical properties
5.7.1 Axial bearing pressure.
The sample bottle is an empty bottle without a cap. After being placed in a 40°C environment for 168 hours, it is adjusted according to the standard environment and normal deviation range specified in GB/T2918-1998. The sample bottle state adjustment time should be no less than 4 hours. The sample bottle is placed vertically on the pressure testing machine, and pressure is applied to the sample bottle vertically at a constant speed of 10mm/min. The first maximum load of each sample bottle is recorded. 5.7.2 Airtight performance.
Test according to the provisions of GB/T17344-1998. 5.7.3 Internal pressure resistance.
After the sample bottle is filled with water, it is pressurized to the specified value under the condition of protective devices, maintained for 30 minutes, and the sample bottle is observed. 5.7.4 Drop performance.
Inject the nominal volume of water containing anticoagulant into the sample bottle and pre-treat it at -18°C for 24l1. Then drop the sample bottle according to the height specified in 6, and hit the cement ground with the weakest part. Each sample bottle is dropped for 5 times in succession, and the sample bottle is observed. 5.7.5 Leakage (thermal storage weight loss)
In the sample bottle with the mass of the empty bottle N. Fill the sample bottle with the actual product of nominal capacity, expand the bottle cap, measure its mass N, place it in the environment of 54℃±2% for 14 days, and then measure its mass Nz again. The leakage is: N-N2
2×100%
5.7.6 Endurance performance.
Fill the sample bottle with the actual product of nominal capacity, place it in the environment of 54℃±2C for 14 days, and then check the sample bottle. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 One batch is a batch, or the inspection batch by the manufacturer is a batch; one pesticide bottle is a unit: 6.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Product delivery must be inspected. The factory inspection items are 4.14.2; the type inspection items are all the contents of Chapter 5. 6.3 Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases: a) new products or old products are transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; b) when the structure, material, process changes may affect the product performance; c) in normal production, it should be carried out every six months; d) when the production is stopped for more than six months! , when production is resumed;
When the inspection results are significantly different from those of the last type inspection; e)
\) When the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement: 6.4 Sample plan and judgment rules
6.4.1 Factory inspection is carried out in accordance with the normal inspection secondary sampling plan of CB/T2828.1. The inspection level is the special inspection level (IL) S-3, the acceptance quality limit (AQI) is 2.5, and the number of samples and the judgment array are shown in Table 7. 6.4.2 Type inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829, using a single sampling plan with discrimination level I, see Table 8: 4
