On the mating surface of the casting after processing, defects such as pores, slag holes, sand holes, and cracks are not allowed to exist. In addition to the matching surface, there should generally be no defects that affect the strength of the frame. 4.0.3 Casting tolerances shall comply with the CT14 requirements of GB6414. 4.0.4 The limit deviation of the uninjected tolerance dimensions of the machined surface shall comply with the provisions of GB1804, the hole shall comply with H12, the shaft shall comply with h12, and the length shall comply with JS12 (js12) The uninjected shape and position tolerances of the machined surface shall comply with the B-level accuracy of GB1184. 4.0.5 The assembly of the frame shall comply with the provisions of HGI203 and HGI21563. 4.0.6 Painting, packaging and transportation shall comply with the provisions of JB2536. When packaging the frame, the surfaces and holes with matching requirements shall be covered with soft protective pads (covers). 5 Usage regulations 5.0.1 The selection of the frame shall comply with the provisions of HG21563. 5.0.2 During the design and calculation, the fulcrum of the stirring shaft shall comply with the provisions of Figure 5.0.2 and Table 5.0.2. Figure 5.0.2 Nominal frame diameter Frame type Support distance The frame of this standard is suitable for the installation form where the motor shaft is parallel to the reducer shaft. If the motor shaft is perpendicular to the reducer shaft, special instructions should be given when ordering.
