4 Test method
HG2254—91
The standard solutions, preparations and products used in the impurity determination in this test method shall be prepared according to the provisions of GB602 and GB603 unless otherwise specified. The water used in the laboratory shall meet the third-grade water specifications in GB6682. 4.1 The determination of the content of the color former COM-1 (CgHszCN,O) shall be determined according to the provisions of HG/T2414, in which the main content of the standard sample shall not be less than 98%, and the control sample shall consist of the known impurities retained by the color former COM-1 and the adjacent chromatogram. 4.2 Solubility test
Determine according to the provisions of HG2258. The test solution shall be transparent, and trace insoluble matter is allowed. 4.3 Determination of volatile matter
Determine according to the provisions of HG2257. The drying temperature is 70-75°C, and the volatile content should be less than 10 mg: 4.4 Determination of ash
Determine according to the provisions of HG2256. The ash content should be less than 3 mg (keep the ash residue for iron determination). 4.5 Determination of iron impurities
Add 1 mL of hydrochloric acid to the ash residue in 4.4, dissolve it in warm water, add 10 mL of water and transfer it to a 25 mL volumetric flask, dilute it with water to the scale, and shake it well. Take 5 mL of the above sample solution, place it in a 50 mL colorimetric tube, add about 30 mg of ammonium persulfate and 5 mL of ammonium thiocyanate solution (100 g/L), dilute it with water to the scale, and shake it well. The color of the sample solution shall not be darker than the standard. The standard is to take 0.01 mg of iron (Fe) impurity standard solution and treat it in the same way as the sample. 4.6 Photographic performance test
Test according to the method agreed by the supply and demand parties. 4.7 Infrared spectrum identification wwW.bzxz.Net
Put about 1.5 mg of sample in an agate mortar and grind it into 2um powder, add about 100 mg of dried spectrally pure potassium bromide fine powder, grind it thoroughly with an agate mortar, mix it and dry it. Press it into transparent thin slices on a tablet press, measure it on an infrared spectrophotometer in the range of 4000-400cm-1 wavenumber, and the infrared spectrum obtained should be consistent with the infrared spectrum of the standard sample. 5 Inspection rules
Sampling and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB619. 6 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
6.1 Packaging
Packing unit 20kg. The inner packaging should be a double-layer plastic bag, and the plastic bag should be tied. The outer packaging is a fiberboard barrel. If special packaging is required, it shall be decided by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
6.2 Marking
The outer packaging container shall be firmly marked with product name, standard number, registered trademark, net weight, gross weight, production batch number, photographic chemicals and date of manufacture, manufacturer name and address, and moisture-proof mark. The packaging container shall be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate.6.3 Transportation
Be careful during transportation, prevent moisture and heat, and do not damage the packaging. 6.4 Storage
The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and the storage period is 1 year. After the expiration of the period, it shall be inspected according to the provisions of this standard. If it meets the requirements of this standard, it can continue to be used.
