Grading of Quality of Sugar Glass Equipment
1 Subject content and scope of application
HG / T 2638—94
This standard is formulated based on HG2432 "Technical Conditions for Sugar Glass Equipment" and is a supporting standard of HG2432. This standard takes mixing container type glass equipment as the benchmark and adopts 100-point system to define the quality grade of mixing container type glass equipment. The quality grade of other types of glass equipment is based on the ratio of the total qualified score of the inspection results to the total score that should be obtained, multiplied by 100. This standard is applicable to the quality grade of sugar glass equipment with a design pressure less than or equal to MPa, a design turbidity higher than -20℃ and less than or equal to 200.

3 Classification of components and test items
3.1 Classification of components
3.1.1 Main body: tank body, tank cover, stirring: 3. 1.2 Accessories: valves, thermometer sleeves, manhole covers (handhole covers), stuffing boxes. 3.2 Self-classification of assessment items
3.2.1 Key items: When the technical indicators do not meet the indicators specified in the standards, the equipment (or components) lose their original performance. The key items are the following 4 items:
(1) Glass equipment water pressure test:

3.2.2 Main items: When the technical indicators do not meet the indicators specified in the standards, the equipment (or components) The service life or performance is significantly affected. The main items. There are 9 main items: (1) Resistance to sudden change:

3.2.3 General items: When the technical indicators do not meet the requirements of the standard, but the items have no significant impact on the service life or performance of the equipment, they are defined as general items. There are 20 items in the following four categories for general items: (1) Thickness of glass layer;

2) Surface defects of glass layer: including foreign matter, scratches, dark bubbles, powder tumors, color, repair marks and edge peeling on the glass surface;
(3) Geometric deformation: including the width of the clamping surface of the body flange, the flatness of the manhole flange, the parallelism of the nozzle flange of the stirring shaft hole to the tank cover flange, the position of the reducer supports to each other and to the center hole, the maximum and minimum diameter difference of the tank body, the deformation of the upper and lower connecting rings, the position of the support, the symmetry of the anchor wing of the agitator, etc.;
(4) Appearance quality of equipment: including 4 items such as head forming, welding quality, paint quality and shaft head rust prevention. 4.2.1 Assessment of key items
All qualified products and products above the qualified level must meet the requirements of HG2432 standard 4.2.2 Assessment of main items
4.2.1 Resistance to sudden temperature change, radial full runout of the upper sealing section of the stirring head, radial round runout of the lower end of the stirring head, surface degree of the tank flange, and straightness of the thermometer sleeve are non-graded items. According to the different influences on product quality, the weighted scoring method is adopted for assessment, and the quality is finally comprehensively evaluated by the total score. 5 Assessment Scoring Provisions
5.1 The scoring method for all assessment items of sugar glass glaze, parts and equipment shall be implemented in accordance with these provisions: 5.2 If all key items and main items are qualified (regardless of the number of items), the basic score is 60 points; 5.3 The assessment score of general items adopts weighted source, and the specific score is determined according to the influence of each item on the use function of the equipment. See Appendix A: Scoring table for quality assessment items of sugar glass equipment (including sugar glass glaze and parts), 5.3.1 Scoring and penalty rules
All the items that meet the technical index requirements of HG2432 standard shall be scored according to the scores listed in Appendix A. If they fail to meet the technical index requirements, no score will be given. Considering that some items in the general items are out of tolerance, they will also affect the use function of the product. In serious cases, they will also significantly affect the use function of the product. Therefore, these items will be penalized by the super-difference penalty method. 5.3.2 Penalty method
The penalty is based on the number of differentials of the differentials. The first level of the differential is the slight level, the second level is the obvious level, and the third level is the serious level. Based on the indicators specified in HG2432 standard, no score will be given for the differential within the first level, and 1 point will be deducted for the differential within the second level. In the future, the penalty will be increased for each new differential area.
5.3.3 Penalty grade difference
(1) Glass layer thickness: 0.3mm;
(2) Flatness of manhole flange: 0.7mm;
(3) Difference between maximum and minimum diameter of cylinder: 0.375%Dz and less than 6mm; (4) Parallelism of the pipe flange of the mixing shaft hole to the cap flange: Dw×tg1 (5) Position of the reducer supports to each other and to the center hole: 2mm; (6) Symmetry of the anchor wing of the stirrer: 3mm;
(7) Head forming: No bulge or wrinkle is qualified score, wrinkle or bulge but not exceeding the defects specified in the relevant mandatory regulations or standards is a minor defect and no score, bulge and defects exceeding the provisions of the relevant mandatory regulations or standards are serious defects and 2 points are deducted, this item does not have a significant level:
(8) Weld quality: Welds that meet the requirements are scored, bite or local misalignment but not exceeding the provisions of the relevant mandatory regulations or standards are minor defects and no score, bite or local misalignment exceeding the provisions of the relevant mandatory regulations or standards are serious defects and 2 points are deducted, this item does not have a significant level;
(9) Paint quality: Smoothness is scored, uneven dripping is not scored; (10) Deformation of upper and lower connecting rings: No deformation meets the design requirements; No points are scored if the connecting ring is deformed (or has obvious repair marks) or does not meet the design requirements (curved surface has no straight edges);
(11) Support position: Score if it meets the drawing requirements; No points are scored if it does not meet the drawing requirements; (12) Axis head rust prevention: No rust is scored, no points are scored if there is rust; (13) Glass layer surface defects: Refers to the seven items specified in the HG2432 standard, including edge peeling, scratches, dark bubbles, pulverization, foreign matter, color and burn repair marks. The assessment is divided into three levels: slight, obvious and severe. The severe level has been checked by the key high voltage resistance test. Therefore, only two levels, slight and obvious, are determined in this project. The slight level refers to the degree of defects that basically do not affect the use and no points are calculated: those exceeding the slight level will be treated as obvious levels and penalty points will be implemented. The specific regulations are as follows: Edge peeling: located at the flange edge (within 15mm), no more than 1 place per square meter, less than 1cm surface deglazing, fine grinding treatment is non-conductive, and the bottom layer thickness meets the requirements is a slight level, exceeding the level is a clear level; 3

Therefore, the quality grade of the glass glaze and components must be ensured first, so that the quality grade of the entire equipment product can be guaranteed. Product Quality Evaluation Method for Sugar Glass Equipment (including Tang Glass Glaze and Components) (Supplement)
According to the quality grading regulations for glass equipment, the product quality grade can be determined, but it is still difficult to distinguish the quality differences between products of the same grade. In order to promote and continuously improve product quality and carry out industry quality evaluation competitions, it is necessary to further evaluate the quality of products of the same grade. This method is formulated for this purpose. It is a supplement to the quality grading standards for sugar glass equipment and is specifically used for quality evaluation between products of the same grade (such as excellence evaluation) B.1 The product quality grade is determined by the quality grading regulations for Tang glass equipment; B .2 The quality difference between products of the same grade is determined by this method: 3.
