Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation of MT and MF arm-to-arm thyristor modules. This standard applies to arm-to-arm thyristor modules composed of ordinary thyristors and mixed arm-to-arm modules composed of ordinary thyristors and ordinary rectifiers. Some standard content:

JB/T7826.1-1995
This standard is formulated to adapt to the research, development and application of thyristor modules and actively adopt international standards. The technical requirements and parameter indicators of this standard adopt the general level of similar products of foreign companies, and leave appropriate margins for enterprise standards. The basic standards used in this standard are the standards cited in Chapter 2 of this standard, and the latter are converted into my country's standards based on the principle of technical equivalence or reference to the IECTC47 basic standards.
The setting of the inspection items of this standard is based on the performance requirements of thyristor modules, and refers to the national standard CB4940 "Ordinary Thyristors", and some additions and deletions have been made.
The test methods adopted in this standard, except for the test methods specified in the industry standard JB/T7625.2 "Thyristor module test methods, arm pairs and anti-parallel arm pairs", are implemented in accordance with GB4024. In order to ensure the product quality of thyristor modules, this standard stipulates that at least one batch of inspections shall be carried out every six months according to the serial numbers 1 to 3 in the periodic inspection table 7.
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are both standard appendices. This standard is proposed and managed by Xi'an Electric Power Electronics Technology Research Institute. The drafting units of this standard are: Wuxi Radio Component Factory No. 5, Beijing Chunshu Rectifier Factory, Yangzhou Siling Electronics Co., Ltd., Xiafu Power Electronics Co., Ltd., Xiangfan Instrument Component Factory, and Fuxin Transistor Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Dai Yongxiang, Huang Yaoxian, Que Weiguang, Huang Yifu, Sun Fumin, Zhang Zhaofu, and Gao Shanxing. 23
