This standard specifies the structural type, basic external dimensions, basic structural requirements and the arrangement of main components of marine AC low-voltage switchboards.
This standard applies to the main switchboard, emergency switchboard and zone switchboard (hereinafter referred to as switchboard) of three-phase AC 50 or 60Hz and 1000V or less on ships.
2 Structural type of switchboard
2.1 Closed type, its frame is generally composed of steel plates folded and assembled, and is a vertical self-supporting fixed type, and the appearance is shown in Figure 1. s

2.2 Open-type rear panel: Its frame is generally welded and assembled by angle steel, and is a vertical white fixed front shield type, which is only applicable to distribution boards with a voltage of 500V and below. The appearance is shown in Figure 2. ·250

4 Basic requirements for distribution board structure

The top protection level is IP22. However, if it is installed in a control room that meets the requirements of ship regulations, the protection level of its top should be at least IP21. Both sides should have protection measures not lower than the protection level IP2X. Ventilation shutters are set up in front of the board, above and below, and the height of the shutters is 90mm. b.

5.1 Arrangement on the generator control panel (including the well car panel) 5.1.1 Arrangement of each row of measuring instruments on the panel. According to the type and quantity of each row of instruments, when viewed from the front, from left to right, choose to arrange in the order of voltage meter, power meter, step meter, power factor meter, ammeter and megohmmeter. Voltage meter, frequency meter and ammeter should be placed in the highest row first.
5.1.2 Operation sequence of universal conversion switch
Sequence; from left to right, A phase, B phase, C phase or AB, BC, CA. Speed; clockwise to increase speed, counterclockwise to reduce speed. Size: clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease. 5.1.3 Layout of programmable circuit breakers
The minimum installation clearance dimensions of frame-type circuit breakers and the basic dimensions of the corresponding control panel refer to Appendix A (reference) Table A1. 5.1.4 For generators with a power below 50 kW (or kVA) and not running in parallel, molded case circuit breakers can also be used for protection. W.7 Grounding and marking

7.1 The panel with electrical equipment installed and the frame, as well as the frame, should have reliable electrical connections. A grounding device should be provided at an appropriate position at the bottom of the frame.
7.2 On the distribution board panel, the positions of instruments, switches, indicator lights, buttons, operating handles, hand wheels, etc. shall be provided with clear and durable signs indicating the purpose and operating position of the corresponding components. The overload protection device shall also indicate the rated value or setting value. 7.3 For circuit breakers subject to priority unloading and emergency cut-off control, the operating handle shall have obvious signs of different colors.
