6.1 Magnetism

Position the sample on a special folding machine, fold the box surface and tongue 90° at a frequency of 60 times/min, and stop the machine after reaching the specified number of times. Visual inspection shows that there should be no breakage.

Put the sample at 40℃ and -10℃ for 2h each, and visual inspection shows that there is no deformation. 6.2.3 Pressure resistance
Put the sample flat, put a wooden board on the sample (the thickness of the board is 1cm, and each side is 2cm larger than the sample), and put the weight specified in the standard on the board. It is visually observed that there is no deformation.

6.3 For items without data indicators, they are all inspected by visual inspection and touch, and the items with dimensions are inspected with calipers. 6.4 Test conditions
Bending resistance should be tested at a temperature of (23±2)℃, and other items should be tested at room temperature. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Product inspection is divided into delivery inspection and routine inspection. 7.2 This inspection adopts the piece method, and the unit product is one piece. 7.3 The delivery inspection of each batch of products shall be in accordance with the provisions of the special inspection level S-4 or general inspection level 1 of GB/T2828, and the sampling plan for normal inspection.
7.4 The items for acceptance inspection are No. 1, 23, 4, 7, and 8 in Table 1. The categories of nonconforming products, technical requirements, test methods, and acceptable quality level (AQL) values ​​are as specified in Table 2.

7.5.1 Routine inspection is carried out in accordance with the discrimination level 1 and the one-time sampling plan in GB/T2829. 7.5.2 The samples for routine inspection must be randomly sampled from the samples that have passed the acceptance inspection, and all of them must be accepted according to the items in Table 1. If nonconforming products are found, they should be replaced with acceptable products.
7.5.3 Routine inspections shall be conducted every six months. They shall also be conducted when the design, key process, main raw materials are changed or when production is stopped for more than three months and then resumed.
