This standard is equivalent to the international standard IS04608:1998 (E) "Plastics General Purpose Vinyl Chloride Homopolymer and Copolymer Resins: Measurement of Oxygen Absorption by Plasticizers at Room Temperature" revised from GB/T34001993 General Purpose Polyvinyl Nitrogen Resins at Room Temperature Determination of Plasticizer Absorption.
The main technical differences between this standard and IS04608:1998 (E) are: This standard unifies the size of absorbent cotton centrifuge tubes or filter paper centrifuge tubes, and unifies the size of the two centrifuge tube sleeves - while ISO1608:1998 uses two sizes of centrifuge tubes and sleeves respectively. The centrifugal speed of this standard is specified as 11 000 m/s~13000 m/s, while IS0 4608;1008 (E) specifies it as 24500m/s2~29500m/s2.
This standard adds the use of sand core centrifuge tubes, while JS04608, 1998 (E) does not have sand core centrifuge tubes. The three main technical differences between this standard and GB/T3400-1393 are: the filter paper centrifuge tube method is added to the standard, while the original standard does not have this method. This standard uses relative deviation to express the measurement precision requirements, while the original standard uses the ratio of error to the mean value to express the measurement precision requirements. This standard has been modified according to the corresponding relationship with the name of IS04608: 1998 (E). From the date of implementation, this standard will replace CB/T8400-1993 at the same time. This standard is organized by the Polyethylene Resin Product Technical Committee of the National Plastics Standardization Technical Committee (TC15/SC7). The drafting units of this standard are: Jinxi Chemical Research Institute, Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Qihua Chemical Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Chen Peiyun, She Fengmei, Liang Bin, and Rihua. This standard was first issued in 1982 and revised for the first time in 1993. This standard was proposed by China Petrochemical Industry Association. GB/T 3400--2002
ISO Foreword
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standardization bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of formulating international standards is usually completed by ISO technical committees. If any member body is interested in a project established by a technical committee, it has the right to participate in the work of the committee. Official or non-official international organizations that maintain relations with ISO may also participate in the relevant work. In the field of electrotechnical standardization, ISO maintains a close cooperative relationship with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The draft international standard adopted by the technical committee is submitted to the member bodies for voting. It must obtain the consent of at least 75% of the member bodies participating in the voting before it can be officially published as an international standard. International Standard ISO4S08 was prepared by ISO/TC61/SC9, Plastics Technical Committee Thermoplastics Branch. This third edition replaces the second edition (ISO4S046081984) which has been technically revised. CAO

GR/11406—2001 Industrial phthalates Octyl phthalate 3 Principle
For reference only
Add an excess of dioctyl phthalate (IOF) to a certain amount of resin, centrifuge the mixture under specified conditions, and calculate the amount of plasticizer retained in the resin.
Pulverizer and materials
General laboratory equipment and the following parts:
4.1 Analytical balance. Detection 0.1mg.
4.2 Burette.
4.3 Centrifuge: Its rotor rotates in the horizontal plane. Under the test conditions, the acceleration measured at the bottom of the tube is 1000m/2~13000m/s. The temperature of the mixture should be prevented from exceeding 30℃ during the centrifugal test. 4.4 Centrifuge tube: bodiless centrifuge tube (see Figure 1a)], a glass tube with a 0.8 mm diameter hole at the bottom, filter paper centrifuge tube (see Figure 1b)], a round glass tube with a sieve plate that can hold filter paper at one end, the sieve plate is perforated with holes of approximately 0.8 mm diameter, and these holes are arranged concentrically approximately 4 mm apart, or No. 2 glass sand core tube (see Figure 1c). 4.5 Outer sleeve: made of polyamide, polyethylene or other materials, used to match the centrifuge used, with a reduced tube at the bottom to support the centrifuge (see Figure 1d)).
4.6 Degreasing agent: medical grade
Note: other raw cotton can also be used as long as it can be proved to obtain the same results, such as glass wool and polyester felt with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFF). 4.7 Filter paper: qualitative filter paper,

5 Steps
5.1 Blank test
GB/T3400-2002
Determine the amount of DOP absorbed by the absorbent cotton centrifuge tube. According to step 5.2.1, weigh (100±2) g of absorbent cotton in the centrifuge tube without adding any sample to conduct a blank test, and determine the amount of DOP absorbed by the filter paper centrifuge tube. According to step 5.2.2, add any sample to the filter paper centrifuge tube to conduct a blank test.
5.2 Determination
5.2.1 When using absorbent cotton centrifuge tube, weigh more than (100 ± 2) of absorbent cotton in the centrifuge tube and gently push it to the bottom. Weigh the mass of the absorbent cotton and the centrifuge tube to an accuracy of 0.1 mg. Then weigh about 1 g of sample in the tube to an accuracy of 0.1 mg. Add 2 mL of LOP with a burette and incubate at 1°C for 1 min.
5.2.2 When using filter paper centrifuge tubes, place the filter paper on the sieve plate (the size of the filter paper matches the diameter of the sieve plate), weigh the mass of the filter paper and the centrifuge tube, accurately to (.1 mg), then weigh about 1 g of the sample in the tube, accurately to 0.1 mg, add 2 ml of DOP with a burette, and let it stand for 10 min.
5.2.3 When using sand core centrifuge tubes, weigh the mass of the sand core centrifuge tube, accurately to 0.1 mg. Then weigh about 1 g of the sample in the tube, accurately to 5.1 mg. Add 2 l of DOP with a burette, and let it stand for 10 min. 5.2. 4 Put the centrifuge book into the sleeve, and then put the sleeve into the positioning hole of the centrifuge rotor. Pay attention to the symmetry of the position. Keep balance:
5.2.5 Start the centrifuge, so that the centrifugal acceleration at the bottom of the product is 11000m/s-13000m/s, rotate 60min, wait for the centrifuge to stop, take out the centrifuge tube, carefully remove the DO3P remaining on the outer wall and weigh it, accurate to 0.1mg. 5.2.6 The centrifugal acceleration α expressed in m/s is calculated according to formula (1): For reference only
Where: R is the distance from the center of the rotor to the bottom of the centrifuge tube sample, cm, n is the rotor speed. r/min.
6 Expression of results
6.1 The number of grams of DOP absorbed by 100 g of resin in a centrifuge tube with absorbent cotton or filter paper is calculated according to formula (2): X: = (m = m) = m × 100
Wherein:
The mass of DOP absorbed by absorbent cotton or filter paper in a blank test g: The mass of centrifuge tube plus absorbent cotton or centrifuge tube plus filter paper g: The mass of centrifuge tube plus absorbent cotton or centrifuge tube plus filter paper and resin sample, the mass of DOP absorbed by absorbent cotton centrifuge tube or filter paper centrifuge tube and sample after centrifugation g: 2)
