Polystyrene foam plastic shall meet the requirements of QB/T1649. 3.1.3.2 Plastic strapping tape shall meet the requirements of GB12023. 3.1.3.3 Polyethylene blown film sleeve shall meet the requirements of GB4456. 3.1.3.4 Corrugated paper boxes shall comply with the requirements of 5.3~5.13 and Table 1 and Table 2 of GB 6543. The vertical tilt should not exceed 45° (except for refrigerators with rotary compressors). 3.2.1 Documents accompanying the box Each refrigerator should have the right inspection and acceptance mark, and the instruction manual and other accessories should be complete and packaged reasonably. 3.2.2 Sealing Should comply with the provisions of 5. 2. 1. 7 in (GI3 1019). 3. 2.3 Bundling 3.2.3.1 After the packaging box is sealed, use the strapping tape to make a "井\辛" shape or an equidistant parallel\川 shape. The position of the strapping should be correct and symmetrical, and the carton should be kept clean and intact. 3.2.3.2 After the package is bundled, the vertical distance between the strapping tape and the box surface measured by the test method of 1.2. 2' should not be greater than 50mm. 3.3 Package 3.3.1 Stacking After the stacking test, the difference between the commercial density of the refrigerator package and the commercial density of the package before the test should be less than 1.2cm/m. 3.3.2 Vibration After the vibration test, the refrigerator package should meet the following requirements: 2. There is no obvious damage and deformation of the corrugated carton, and there is no obvious displacement of the refrigerator inside: b. There is no mechanical damage to the refrigerator surface and the accessories inside the refrigerator; C. The refrigerator refrigeration and electrical safety performance comply with GB/T 8059.1~8059.4 and GB 4706.1, GB4706.13, 3.3.3 Yongping impact After the horizontal punching test of refrigerator packaging, the corrugated box should not have obvious deformation and creases, and meet the requirements of 3.3.2. 3.3.4 Drop GB/T16268—1996 After the drop test, the refrigerator packaging should meet the requirements of 3.3.2. 4 Test method The test sample should be placed in a room with an ambient temperature of 20±2℃ and a relative humidity of (65+5)% for 24 hours. 4.1 Corrugated box According to 6.1, 6.3 of GB6543. Chapter 3 of GB6544 and The test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A. After the test, it should meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2. 4.2 Refrigerator packaging 4.2.1 The marking method of each part of the refrigerator packaging is divided according to the provisions of GB/T4857.1. 4.2.2 At 300mm from one end of the box along the strapping direction, use a spring scale (secondary) to hook the strapping and conduct a pull-out test. During the test, the tension must be vertical to the box surface, the tension is 19.6N, and the vertical distance between the strapping and the box surface is measured (ruler, accuracy 0.10mm). 4.2.3 The stacking test method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.3. The stacking load is in accordance with A2.1.1 in Appendix A of GB1019, and the pressure application time is 24 hours. 4.2.4 The refrigerator color package is fixed on the simulated car vibration table. The simulated car vibration table should comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB/T4857.7, and the reporting time is 75nin. 4.2.5 The horizontal impact test shall meet the following requirements: a. The inclined plane test shall be carried out according to the method of GB/T4857.11. The sample placement surface is 3. The impact speed of the package not more than 100kg is 2.2m/5, the impact speed of the package more than 100kg is 1.5m/s, the impact surface is 2.5.4.6, and each side is impacted twice. b. The crossbar impact test shall be carried out according to the method of A6 in Appendix A of GB1019. The sample placement surface is 3, the impact distance of the package not more than 100kg is 1m; the impact distance of the package more than 100kg is 0.5m, the impact surface is 2, 5.4, 6, and each side is impacted twice. 4.2.6 The refrigerator drop test shall be carried out according to GB/T4857.5. The sample placement surface is 3, the drop height is selected according to Table 3, and it is dropped twice in succession. The inspection of refrigerator packaging is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.1 Factory inspection For the factory inspection, the normal inspection and one-time sampling in GB2828 shall be adopted as the case. GB/T16268—1996 The packaging of batch-produced products shall be redesigned, and the packaging of newly designed products shall be finalized The packaging process has changed significantly. The packaging type inspection shall be carried out at the same time as the product type inspection. The type inspection adopts the secondary sampling plan of GB2829 for discrimination and level 1. 5.2.2 The item grouping and unqualified quality level shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. During transportation and loading and unloading, avoid hitting the box with your feet, knees, and legs. 6.3 Storage of Refrigerator Packages 6.3.1 The temperature of the color warehouse is -25℃+55℃ and the relative humidity is 60%~85%. Corrosive substances are prohibited from entering. The content of harmful gases in the air should meet the first-level standards specified in GB3095, and there should be ventilation, sanitation, and safety facilities. 6.3.2 Packages stored in the warehouse should comply with the provisions of Table 6. Table 6 6.3.3 The storage period of refrigerator packages is generally two years.
