4.2.2 Steel material performance should comply with GB700-79 "Technical conditions for ordinary structural steel" and GB699-65 "Design and technical conditions for high-quality carbon structural steel".
Material YB231-70 "Seamless steel pipe" specification H4.2.4 The appearance quality of the spacer and the physical and mechanical properties of the product rubber material should comply with the provisions of HG4--[420~1421-8] <Oil: Contraction (YS) type spacer rubber cylinder, oil-water expansion (KZ) type packer rubber cylinder>. The seal is made of the same rubber material as the resistant product. 4.3 Processing

4.3.1 Machining shall comply with the provisions of SY/JQ254-81 "Technical Conditions for Machining". 4.3.2 Oil pipe threads shall be T-edged in accordance with relevant specifications. 4.3.3 Ordinary threads shall be T-edged in accordance with the requirements of GB192-81 "Basic Tooth Profile of Ordinary Threads", GB197-81 "Ordinary Thread Male Fit (Diameter 1~335mm)", and GB379 "Thread Finish, Shoulder Distance, Recess, Chamfer". 4.3.4 The limit deviation of dimensions without tolerances shall be implemented in accordance with the IT12 grade tolerance of GB1804-79 "Tolerances and Fits without Tolerances". The shape and position tolerances shall be implemented in accordance with the A grade tolerance in GB1184-80 "Provisions for Shape and Position Tolerances without Tolerances".
4.3.5 Surface roughness shall be implemented in accordance with GB103183 "Surface Roughness Parameters". 4.3.6 The joints shall be welded with welding rods in accordance with GB324-80 "Welding Seam Code", GB5I17-85 "Carbon Steel Welding Rod" and GB5118-85 "Low Alloy Steel Welding Rod"
4.3.7 The diameter tolerance of the packing is ±0.5mm. 4.4 Assembly
The steel body and other parts shall be cleaned of burrs, chips and dirt first, and the parts shall be inspected and measured. They can be assembled only after they pass the inspection. 4.4.2 The packing and sealing parts shall be used only after they pass the inspection. 4.4.3 It must be assembled according to the design requirements, and thread grease or sealing grease shall be applied to the threads. Grease shall be applied to the cover of the case. 4.4.4 After assembly, the total length, the outer diameter of the packing and the maximum outer diameter of the steel body shall be measured. 5 Test method
5.1 Overall normal temperature test
5.1.1 Test conditions
a. · Filtration degree: room temperature
b, medium: diesel
c. Equipment: pressure test pump, test tank, various conversion joints and tools, · general measuring tools, etc., 5.1.2 Test content
. Sealing test: put the assembled products into the test tank with the corresponding inner diameter, pressurize them from the center tube to 15MPa, stabilize the pressure for 5min, and the products without leakage are qualified.
b. Strength test: pressurize the qualified products from the center tube to 20MPa, stabilize the pressure for 5min, and the products without leakage and deformation of the steel body after the test are qualified.
5.2 Heating test of packing
5.2.1 Test conditions
The temperature shall be determined according to the working temperature index listed in Table 2 of Article 4.1. a.

Equipment: pressure test pump, test tank, special test tool for packing! , various tools and measuring tools, etc.: c
5.2.2 Test content
Sealing performance: pressurize 15MPa: stabilize pressure for 24h; release pressure and then pressurize again, repeat 10 times, stabilize for 3~5min each time, and the seal is qualified. b. Unsealing performance: after the sealing performance test, it is qualified to be able to be smoothly connected from the test tank. c. Oil resistance: the quality change rate is less than 3% to be qualified. Note: The maximum quality change rate is equal to the ratio of the quality after the test to the quality before the test. 5.2.3 Test steps
a: After weighing the time interval, install it on the special test tool and install it in the test tank b. Heat the test tank according to the working temperature index of the spacer and soak it in the mountain for 24h. 3
c, test the sealing performance according to item a in 5.2.2, d. Cool down.
Test the unsealing performance according to item b in 5.2.2

Check the damage of the packing, measure the outer diameter of the packing, and weigh it. f

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
Inspection content
a. Appearance inspection: The steel body should be free of damage and deformation: The packing should be free of external damage. Measure the total length and outer diameter. b. Tightness inspection: Test according to item a in 5.1.2. 6.1.2 Sampling rules
Full inspection. Fill in the product certificate for qualified ones
6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Strength inspection
Take the number of sets of materials processed in each batch as a batch, sample 10%, but at least not less than 2 sets, and test according to item b of 5.1.2. If there are unqualified ones, double the sampling. If there are unqualified ones again, this batch will be regarded as unqualified products. And fill in the test results according to Table A3 in Appendix A (Supplement).
6.2.2 Packing parts inspection
6.2.2.1 Formula finalization inspection
When the rubber compound formula is determined, use this formula and take 3 packing parts made by a certain process: test according to 5.2. If all are qualified, this formula and process can be finalized. 6.2.2.2 Batch Inspection
Take 100 pieces (including less than 100 pieces) as a batch and randomly select one piece to receive 5.2 items for testing. If there are unqualified ones, 2 pieces will be sampled for testing: if there is another unqualified one, this batch is unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
F*The product model, steel body factory number and factory name are marked on the outer cylindrical surface of the upper end of the product. 7.2 Packaging and transportation
The product shall be packaged and anti-rusted in accordance with the provisions of SY/JQ257-81 "General Technical Conditions for Packaging". After the product is packaged, it shall be sprayed with markings in accordance with the relevant regulations for railway or water transportation. During transportation, it is strictly forbidden to "touch", "squeeze" or "press", and it shall be avoided from rain. The following technical documents shall be provided when the product leaves the factory: a. Packing list;
b. Product certificate (as shown in Table A1 in Appendix A (Supplement)) c. Product instruction manual.
7.3 Storage
The product shall be stored on a shelf. It shall not be overlapped, exposed to the sun or exposed to rain. It is strictly forbidden to contact with corrosive substances such as acid, alkali, salt, etc. The storage temperature is 0-35°C. The storage period of rubber parts is one and a half years.
