1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
1.0.1 This standard specifies the structural type, size, allowable load and manufacturing technical requirements of beam type gas injection packing support plates (hereinafter referred to as support plates). 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to random packing towers with a diameter of DN300~~4000mm. 1.0.3 Applicable temperature:
For stainless steel support plates, the use temperature is below 300℃; for carbon steel support plates, the use temperature is below 200℃. GB985

3 Types and sizes
3.1 Diameter series
For DN≤1000mm, the diameter interval is 100mm; for DN>1000~4000mm, the diameter series shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB9019 "Nominal diameter of pressure vessels" standard.
3.2 Structural type of support plate

Note: Dimension b is the width of the support plate in the middle of the tower (see the left figure in Table 3.2.1). The dimension b of the support plate at the edge of the tower (see the right figure in Table 3.2.1) will vary with the tower diameter and be asymmetric on the left and right. H is the wave height and t is the wave distance. 3.2.2 Support plates with DN≤1200mm may not be provided with edge rings (see Figure 3.2.2-1), while support plates with DN≥1300mm should be provided with edge rings (see Figures 3.2.2-2 and 3.2.2-3). 3.2.3 The supporting plate is assembled from multiple beam-type supporting plates and is a detachable structure. Its structural type is shown in Figures 3.2.2-1 to 3.2.2-3, and its structural dimensions are shown in Table 3.2.3. 3

3.2.4 The support plate and the support ring on the tower body are fixed with clips, see Figure 3.2.4-1 to Figure 3.2.4--3.

3.2.5When the tower diameter DN≥2600mm, the main support beam shall be set at the bottom of the support plate. The positioning dimensions of the clips on both sides of the main support beam are shown in Table 3.2.5 and Figure 3.2.5. Table 32.5 Clip positioning dimensions

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Manufacturing requirements
In addition to meeting the technical requirements of the design documents, the manufacturing of the supporting plate must strictly follow the requirements of the supporting plate. The "technical requirements" of the bearing plate refer to the standard drawing (i.e. construction drawing) for manufacturing and inspection. Assembly requirements
The bearing plate should be pre-assembled as a whole at the manufacturer, and the flatness tolerance after assembly should be less than or equal to 2mm.
5.3 Installation requirements
5.3.1 Before installing the bearing plate, the oil stains, rust, etc. on its surface should be removed. 5.3.2 Positioning of the main supporting beam assembly: The center line of the beam should pass through the cross-sectional center of the tower body at this location, and its deviation should not exceed ±2mm.
5.3.3 After the main supporting beam is installed, its upper surface and the upper surface of the supporting ring should be on the same horizontal plane, and the horizontality deviation of the plane should be less than or equal to 2mm.
