Table 1 Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on 1999-06-28Widthwww.bzxz.net Static tension Static tension difference Steel wire Maximum diameter Number of winding layers Maximum lifting Lifting speed Minda lifting Lifting distance Implemented on 2000-01-01 JB/T7888 .1-1999 3.2 The model shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1604, and the expression method is as follows: drum diameter, m Hydraulic disc brake (disc) Mining hoist winch (lift) Wind (winding) Number of drums, one without note 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The safety requirements of the winch shall comply with the provisions of JB8516. 4.2 The reducer of the winch shall meet the following requirements: a) Smooth and normal operation, no-load noise is not more than 88dB (A): b) The contact spots of the gear pair shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10095 8 levels; c) The oil temperature shall not exceed 70℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 35℃; the bearing temperature shall not exceed 80℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃. 4.3 The noise of the winch at the control panel position shall not exceed 85dB (A). 4.4 The main shaft device of the winch shall meet the following requirements: a) The rope adjustment clutch system shall be maintained at 1.25 times the clutch working oil pressure for 5 minutes, and there shall be no oil leakage in the seals and pipelines; b) The clutch shall be able to open and close smoothly at an oil pressure of 2.5~3.0MPa; c) The end face runout of each side of the brake disc edge shall not be greater than 0.4mm. 4.5 The stroke difference of each pair of disc brake shoes shall not be greater than 10% of the single-side stroke under the rated oil pressure. 4.6 The performance of the hydraulic station shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T3277. 4.7 The performance of the brake shoe shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3721. 4.8 Life and overhaul period: The service life of the winch (including the reducer) before cancellation shall be no less than 15 years; the service life before the first overhaul shall be no less than 8 years. 5 Test method 5.1 Reducer no-load noise Set a common sound level meter (A weighting) 1m away from the reducer, and its height is the horizontal plane formed by the split surface of the reducer. When measuring, there are no less than six points evenly distributed around, and the average value is taken. 5.2 Gear pair contact spots Measure according to the provisions of GB/T10095. 5.3 Temperature rise After the reducer stops running at no load for 6h, measure the difference between the oil pool temperature and the bearing housing temperature and the ambient temperature. 5.4 Machine noise Measure according to the provisions of GB/T13325. 5.5 Clutch test of rope adjusting device of double winch Hold the movable drum, disengage the clutch, run forward and reverse for 2 minutes at the rope adjusting speed, and carry out clutch test according to the provisions of 4.4b). 2 5.6 The end face runout of the brake disc edge is used for submeter measurement. 5.7 The travel difference of the disc brake shoe is measured with a micrometer under rated oil pressure. 5.8 Hydraulic station performance test The test is carried out according to the provisions of JB/T3277. 5.9 Brake shoe performance test The test is carried out according to the provisions of JB/T3721. Inspection rules JB/T7888.1-1999 Each winch must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory, and a product certificate of conformity shall be attached. 6.2 The inspection of winches is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, and the inspection items are in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Factory inspection Type inspection 6.4 The sample for type inspection is one unit, and the number of samples shall not be less than two units. If there are unqualified items in the inspection, it is allowed to be adjusted once. If it is still unqualified, the type inspection shall be judged as unqualified. 7 Marking 7.1 Product marking Each winch shall be fixed with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position, and its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The contents are as follows: a) winch model and name: b) main technical specifications; c) manufacturing date: d) factory number: e) product standard number. 7.2 Packaging marking JB/T7888.1-1999 The text and logo on the outside of the packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 8 Packaging, transportation and storage The packaging of the winch shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T13384. 8.1 8.2 Random information The manufacturer shall send the following technical documents to the user at random, pack them in the box and mark them on the outside of the box. a) Packing list; b) Product factory qualification certificate; c) Instruction manual; d) General drawing and foundation drawing: e) List of random accessories. 8.3 Transportation The winch should comply with the relevant regulations for water and land transportation. 8.4 Storage The surface of winch parts should be coated with anti-rust oil, and the winch anti-rust period should be guaranteed to be no less than 3 years. 8.4.1 8.4.2 The user should regularly check the oil seal of the winch, no less than once every six months. And replace it according to the necessary degree. The winch should be stored in the shed to prevent damage by rain and snow. Small parts packed in boxes should be stored indoors.
