4 Technical requirements
4.1 The safety requirements of the winch shall comply with the provisions of JB8516. 4.2 The reducer of the winch shall meet the following requirements: a) Smooth and normal operation, no-load noise is not more than 88dB (A): b) The contact spots of the gear pair shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10095 8 levels; c) The oil temperature shall not exceed 70℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 35℃; the bearing temperature shall not exceed 80℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃. 4.3 The noise of the winch at the control panel position shall not exceed 85dB (A). 4.4 The main shaft device of the winch shall meet the following requirements: a) The rope adjustment clutch system shall be maintained at 1.25 times the clutch working oil pressure for 5 minutes, and there shall be no oil leakage in the seals and pipelines; b) The clutch shall be able to open and close smoothly at an oil pressure of 2.5~3.0MPa; c) The end face runout of each side of the brake disc edge shall not be greater than 0.4mm. 4.5 The stroke difference of each pair of disc brake shoes shall not be greater than 10% of the single-side stroke under the rated oil pressure. 4.6 The performance of the hydraulic station shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T3277. 4.7 The performance of the brake shoe shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3721. 4.8 Life and overhaul period: The service life of the winch (including the reducer) before cancellation shall be no less than 15 years; the service life before the first overhaul shall be no less than 8 years.
5 Test method
5.1 Reducer no-load noise
Set a common sound level meter (A weighting) 1m away from the reducer, and its height is the horizontal plane formed by the split surface of the reducer. When measuring, there are no less than six points evenly distributed around, and the average value is taken. 5.2 Gear pair contact spots
Measure according to the provisions of GB/T10095.
5.3 Temperature rise
After the reducer stops running at no load for 6h, measure the difference between the oil pool temperature and the bearing housing temperature and the ambient temperature. 5.4 Machine noise
Measure according to the provisions of GB/T13325.
5.5 Clutch test of rope adjusting device of double winch Hold the movable drum, disengage the clutch, run forward and reverse for 2 minutes at the rope adjusting speed, and carry out clutch test according to the provisions of 4.4b). 2
5.6 The end face runout of the brake disc edge
is used for submeter measurement.
5.7 The travel difference of the disc brake shoe
is measured with a micrometer under rated oil pressure.
5.8 Hydraulic station performance test
The test is carried out according to the provisions of JB/T3277.
5.9 Brake shoe performance test
The test is carried out according to the provisions of JB/T3721.
