1 Scope
Emblem of the Communist Youth League of China
GB/T 40057—2021
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection, result judgment and processing, packaging and marking, packing documents, transportation, and storage of the emblem of the Communist Youth League of China (hereinafter referred to as the emblem) for hanging and wearing. This document is applicable to the emblem for hanging or wearing. The flat emblem pattern produced by printing and other processes can refer to this document. 2 Normative reference documents

4 Requirements
Appearance of the group emblem
The requirements for the appearance of the group emblem are shown in Table 1.
For hanging

The surface pattern is clear, the rice ears are full, and there should be no shrinkage, heat cracking, cold cracking, deformation, edge gaps, and broken edges. There should be no defects such as sand, impurities, and perforations that obviously affect the appearance. There should be no omissions or misprints. The face value color should not have obvious visual differences from the national emblem red and national emblem yellow. The colors are evenly drawn, there should be no obvious stains, color matching, and the color is bright. 4.1.2 Group emblem shape
The schematic shape of the group emblem is shown in Figure 1,
The surface pattern is clear, the lines are complete, the mourning surface is smooth, and there should be no obvious scratches, impurities, and other defects. There should be no omissions or misprints. The pin or magnet should have complete parts and effective functions.
The color of the emblem should not have obvious visual differences from the red and yellow of the national emblem. The colors should be evenly matched and there should be no obvious stains, color matching, or bright colors. China's Communist Party

4.1.3 The pattern and color of the League emblem

The pattern and color of the League emblem are shown in Figure 2. The red in the League emblem adopts the red of the national emblem, and the yellow in the League emblem adopts the yellow of the national emblem. China's Communist Party

4.2 The size and size deviation of the League emblem
The hanging League emblem
4.2.1.1 Emblem size
The relationship between the shape and key plane dimensions of the League emblem is shown in Figure 3. The key dimensions of the hanging group emblem with a nominal size of 1000mm shall comply with the provisions of Table A.1 in Appendix A. Other sizes shall be designed and produced in accordance with the provisions of Table A.2. Note: When it is necessary to produce group emblems of other sizes, they can be enlarged or reduced in proportion to the dimensions in Appendix A. The allowable error of the size shall be adjusted accordingly with reference to the allowable error in Table A.1 and Table A.2.

4.2.1.2 Mounting holes
The diameter and spacing of the mounting holes on the back of the group emblem shall comply with the requirements of Figure 4. Note: W is determined after consultation between the manufacturer and Sichuan Guang. Explanation:

The nominal dimension of the Youth League emblem for wearing purposes is 20mm. The deviation shall not be greater than 0.5mm, and the dimensions of other parts shall be scaled proportionally. 4.3 Color
The chromaticity value of the color of the Youth League emblem shall be based on the national emblem red and national emblem yellow in GB15093, and the color difference △E shall be less than or equal to 2.04.4 Paint film performance requirements
The paint film performance shall meet the requirements of Table 2.

4.5.3 Drop ball impact strength: The micro-body of the group should be free of cracks and damage. 5 Test method
5.1 Appearance
5.1.1 The 1000mm group emblem used for hanging should be judged by visual inspection under bright natural light, 1000mm away from the emblem surface. When evaluating under light, daylight color light source should be used for lighting, and the illumination should not be less than 7501x, which should meet the relevant requirements in Table 1. 5.1.2 Visual inspection of the emblem should be conducted at a distance of 300mm from the eye, under the lighting condition of daylight light source of not less than 7501x, and should meet the relevant requirements in Table 1:
Dimension measurement
The measurement of the dimensions and allowable errors of each part of the emblem should be carried out using vernier calipers, height gauges, depth gauges and steel plate rulers that have passed the inspection. 5.3 Determination of color
The colorimetric measurement should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3979, GB/T11186.2 and GB/T11186.3. The color difference of the chromaticity value of the emblem surface should be calculated in accordance with the provisions of GB/T7921.
5.4 Paint film properties
5.4.1 Paint film color

Inspection classification
Factory inspection
The group emblem products shall be subject to factory inspection before leaving the factory. The contents of factory inspection include the contents in 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3. The items of factory inspection for wearing the group emblem include the shape, pattern, appearance and key dimensions of the group emblem. During the factory inspection, if all the inspection items are qualified, it is judged as a qualified product, otherwise it is a non-conforming product. 6.1.2 Type inspection
When the emblem material: emblem paint formula; production process changes: when a major quality accident occurs, a type inspection can be carried out. Normal production is carried out once a year. When all the quality requirements specified in Chapter 4 are qualified, it is judged to be qualified by the type inspection. 6.2 Sampling rules
6.2.1 Sampling plan
The sampling sample size (n) of each batch of products is determined according to the batch size (V) of each batch of products. The sampling plan for the appearance quality of the group emblem is shown in Table 3 [

After the unqualified products are eliminated, they are resubmitted for inspection. The inspection content includes the contents in 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3.
7 Packaging and marking, packing documents, transportation and storage 7.1 Packaging and marking
The hanging group badge needs to be packaged separately for each side, and the packaging should be accompanied by the accessories and installation instructions required for installation; the wearable group badge can be packaged in multiple pieces, and each group badge needs to have an independent protective bag. The packaging should prevent the group badge from being damaged and facilitate transportation and storage. The outer packaging should indicate the product name, specifications, materials, packaging size, quality, manufacturer name, address, product number and production date, effective use period and trademark, as well as the number of the implementation standard and transportation mark.
7.2 Packing documents
The outer packaging should contain instructions for storage and use and a certificate of inspection. The certificate of inspection should indicate the specifications, materials, product number, production date, effective use period, manufacturer name and address, trademark, and inspector name (or code). 7.3 Transportation
The packaging of batches of group emblems should ensure that the group emblems are not damaged and are easy to transport. The packaging should indicate the product name, specifications, materials, quantity, packaging size, quality, manufacturer name and address, and transportation mark. 7.4 Purchase and storage
