Pipeline instrument flow chart pipeline and pipe fittings Graphic symbols HG20559.3-93 Compiled by: Process System Design Technology Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry Approved by: Chemical Industry Implementation date: November 1, 1994 Line description This standard recommends that the grid modulus M=2.5mm be used for flow charts. The classification and width of lines are as follows: 1.0.1 Thick lines: The line width is 0.4m, i.e. 1.0mm. Used for main process material pipelines, main product pipelines and equipment position lines; main category auxiliary materials, main category public engineering material pipelines 1.0.2 Medium lines: The line width is 0.2m, i.e. 0.5mm. Used for secondary material product pipelines and other auxiliary material pipelines; equipment and machinery graphic symbols (border lines and internal and external component lines), rectangular boxes representing equipment and public engineering stations, etc.; graphic connection marks of pipelines; boundary marks and boundary lines of pipelines. 1.0.3 Thin lines: The line width is 0.1m, i.e. 0.25mm. It is used for graphic symbols such as valves, pipe fittings, and instruments, instrument pipelines, area lines: dimension lines; various marking lines; range lines, lead lines; reference lines; table lines; dividing lines; insulation layer lines; accompanying pipes and casing lines: special parts number boxes and other auxiliary lines.
