On the basis of YS 49-1992 General Technical Conditions for Bumper Cars, the requirements for ground feed and contacts are added, and some clauses are modified, while the effective clauses in YS 49—1992 are retained.
This standard replaces YS 49—1992 from the date of implementation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision. 3.1 Basic requirements
3.1.1 The design, manufacture, installation and use of bumper cars shall comply with the relevant provisions of this standard and GB 8408. 3.1.2 The vehicle speed should not exceed 10km/h
3.1-3 The rated load is calculated based on 70kg per person, 3.1.4 There should be lubrication measures for the parts with relative movement between the bearings and the contact surfaces, and it should be easy to add lubricants, and oil droplets should not be allowed to form; there should be no oil leakage in the parts without relative movement. Test under rated load. 3.1.5 The surface temperature rise of the end cover of the rolling bearing should not exceed 30℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 65℃. The temperature rise at the oil hole of the sliding bearing should not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃. Under rated load, test after the heating is stable, 3.1.6 There should be no obvious slipping when the bumper car starts, and the transmission mechanism should operate normally. Abnormal vibration, heating, sound and stagnation are not allowed,
3.1.7 The parts and connections of the bumper car should be firm and reliable. 3.1.8 Standard electromechanical products should be reasonably selected and have product certificates and nameplates: non-standard electromechanical products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before they can be used.
3.1.9 The materials of important parts must have factory certificates, otherwise they should be sampled for inspection. 3.1.10 Important shafts and pins should be made of materials with mechanical properties not lower than 45# steel, and the hardness after quenching and tempering should comply with the provisions of GB/T699 and GB/T3077. The surface roughness Ru value of the mating surface is not greater than 1.6μm. 3.1.11 Bolt and pin connection
a) When parts are connected with bolts, measures should be taken to prevent loosening: b) When parts are connected with pins, measures must be taken to prevent falling off. 3.1.2 Welding connection
and) The welding rods used for manual welding should comply with the provisions of GB/T5117, GB/T5118 and GB/T983. b) The basic form and size of welded joints shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 985. c) The welds shall not have defects such as leaking welds, burn-throughs, cracks, pores, slag inclusions, unwelded welds, and severe undercuts. All welding slag, weld nodules, etc. shall be removed.
3.1.13 No exposed sharp edges, burrs, sharp corners, or dangerous protrusions are allowed in places accessible to passengers. 3.1.14 FRP parts
a) No defects such as poor diffusion, poor curing, bubbles, and stratification of cut surfaces are allowed; b) No defects such as cracks, damage, obvious repair marks, exposed cloth texture, wrinkles, unevenness, inconsistent color tones, etc. are allowed on the surface, and the transition at the corners must be smooth;
c) The inner surface should be clean and no glass cloth should be exposed; d) The resin content should be controlled at 50%~60%, and the thickness of the gel coat layer should be 0.25mm~0.5mme) The edges of glass parts should be flat, smooth, and without stratification: f) Metal embedded parts should be degreased, derusted, cleaned and roughened; g) The mechanical properties of FRP parts should comply with the requirements of Table 1. 3.1.15 Parts should not be deformed or damaged in various tests, and stress tests should be carried out when necessary. 3.1.16 Each car must be fixed with a sign in a prominent position in the car and indicate the production license mark and number. The content of the sign should at least include the manufacturer, product name, product model or mark, product number or manufacturing date. 3.1.17 The service life of various wearing parts should not be less than 6 months under normal operation. 3-2 Bumper car foundation with DC feed of upper and lower electrode plates. 3.2.1 The foundation must be constructed according to the design drawings, and installation can only be carried out after confirming that the foundation is ready for installation. 3.2.2 The foundation should not have uneven subsidence and cracking that may affect the normal operation of the bumper car. 3.2.3 The embedded rate of the plate welding should be on the same plane as the foundation. 3.3 Parking lot
3.3.1 The parking lot must be flat and solid, and there must be no unevenness. Buffer barriers should be set up around the parking lot. 3.3.2 Bumper car parking lot,
a) The height between the upper and lower electrode plates shall not be less than 2.7m; b) The lower electrode plate shall be flat and the weld shall be polished smooth. If intermittent welding is used for steel plates, the weld length shall not be less than 30mm, the weld interval shall not be greater than 300mm, and the gap at the unwelded part shall not be greater than 3mm. The thickness of the lower electrode plate shall not be less than 4mm, and the area of each piece shall not be less than 2mc) When the upper electrode plate is galvanized steel plate, its thickness shall not be less than 0.5mm, and when steel plate mesh is used, its thickness shall not be less than 2mm. The upper electrode plate should be installed firmly and flat;
d) Parking lot area setting: For parking lots with less than 10 vehicles (including 10 vehicles), the area occupied by each vehicle shall not be less than 20m, and for the part exceeding 10 vehicles, the area occupied by each vehicle shall not be less than 15m;
e) The parking lot must have reliable rain protection measures. There shall be no flammable gas or liquid that is corrosive to metal and rubber in the site environment;
f) For bumper car sites with positive and negative plates laid on the ground for power supply, the plates shall be tightly spliced and flat, and the height difference at the splicing shall not exceed 2mm. 3.4 Vehicles
3.4.1 The frame of the vehicle must be made of metal structure, and the seats shall be made of soft materials, wood or fiberglass. 3.4.2 The net width of the vehicle seat shall not be less than 400mm for a single person and not less than 700mm for a double person, and the seat back height shall not be less than 300mm. 3.4.3 The wheel device shall be flexible and the wheel shall be wear-resistant, heat-resistant and have sufficient strength. For rubber wheels, their mechanical properties shall comply with the requirements of Table 2.

3.5 Mechanical transmission system
3.5.1 For electric-powered bumper cars, the connection between the motor and the reducer should be good. -TTTKAONiT KAca-

3.5.2 The transmission gears should comply with the relevant gear standards and have no abnormal partial meshing and partial wear. The contact spot requirements and measurement methods of the gears shall refer to GB50231.
3.5.3 The belt and roller chain transmission should be properly tightened, and its assembly requirements should comply with the provisions of GB50231. 3.5.4 When the magnetic vehicle is blocked and cannot run, the motor is not allowed to burn out. 3.5.5 The reducer and grinding clutch should be stable and reliable. 3.6 Electrical system
3.6.1 Voltage level, insulation resistance, and ground resistance should comply with the relevant provisions of GB8408. The measurement method shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix E of GB4706.1--1998, GB/T1032, GBJ65 and GB/T998. 3.6.2 The primary and secondary windings of the power transformer with a working voltage not exceeding 50V shall adopt an insulation isolation equivalent to double insulation or reinforced insulation level. The insulation resistance between the primary and secondary of the transformer shall not be less than 7M, and the insulation resistance between the transformer winding and the metal shell shall not be less than 2M0,
3.6.3 The installation of electrical equipment shall comply with the requirements of the national electrical installation engineering construction and acceptance specifications. 3.6.4 The full load current of the motor shall not be greater than the rated current value of the motor. 3.6.5 The voltage of decorative lighting that passengers can easily touch should not exceed 50V. 3.6-6 Control system
a) The control system should meet the requirements of the working conditions of the amusement machine: b) The control components should be sensitive, reliable and easy to operate. The operation buttons should have clear signs. The signal lights, buttons and other color signs should comply with the provisions of GB/T2682+
c) Necessary sound and other signal devices should be installed. d) Emergency switches must be installed in obvious places on the operating table and on the platform. The switch button should be a raised manual reset type. 3.6.7 Bumper cars with DC feeder on upper and lower electrode plates a) The upper part of the conductive rod should have good contact with the positive plate (net) and meet the current capacity requirements. The grinding pantograph seat should be flexible and reliable, and have sufficient compensation capacity;
b) Each car should be equipped with a short-circuit protection device. 3.6-8 Floor-powered bumper cars
a) The power supply voltage should not exceed the safety voltage of 50V; b) The sliding connector and the electrode plate (net) should have good contact and meet the current capacity requirements. The sliding connector seat should be flexible and reliable, and have sufficient compensation capacity.
c) Each car should be equipped with a short-circuit protection device. 3.6.9 Silicon bumper cars powered by alternative batteries
6) The power battery should be well sealed, and liquid and liquid are not allowed. Technical performance meets the requirements of GB/T7403.1; b) Under rated load, the continuous working time of the battery should not be less than 4h; c) The main circuit of each car should be equipped with a short-circuit protection device. 3.7 Buffer device

3.7.2 The buffer tires of vehicles in the same parking lot should be at the same height. Internal

3.7.3 The upper edge of the buffer barrier in the parking lot should be higher than the upper edge of the vehicle buffer tire, and the lower edge should be lower than the lower edge of the vehicle buffer tire.
3.8 Operation and control
3.8.1 The operating hand wheel should be light and labor-saving. The maximum tangential force acting on the vehicle turntable when fully loaded shall not exceed 40N. 3.8.2 The switching force of the foot switch shall not exceed 80N. 3.8.3 The steering mechanism shall be flexible and reliable, and there shall be no jamming. 3.8.4 The vehicle body can move forward, backward, turn left and right. The load capacity is 120% of the rated load, and it can still start and drive normally. 3.9 Bumper cars powered by internal combustion engines
3.9.1 The fuel tank is well sealed and there shall be no leakage. 3.9.2 The muffler is in good working condition.
3.9.3 The acceleration mechanism shall have obvious signs.
3.10 Bumper cars must be equipped with safety belts with a width of more than 30mm and a tensile strength of not less than 6000N. 3.11 Appearance and painting
3.11.1 The shape, decorations and paint patterns of the silicon bumper car should be beautiful, bright and eye-catching. There should be no bruises, cracks and roughness that affect the appearance.
3.11.2 Exposed metal parts should not be rusted. Exposed screws, handles, etc. should be electroplated or made of rust-proof materials. The surface of the electroplated parts should be smooth, bright and uniform, without delamination, bubbles, obvious scratches, or exposed bottom. 3.11.3 Painting
a) Rust and other dirt must be removed before painting, and the quality of manual rust removal must reach St2 level in JB/T 5000.12; b) The inner surface of scattered metal components should be coated with anti-rust paint with a thickness of 60μm80μm; the exposed surface of metal parts must be sprayed with paint or plastic spraying, the paint layer thickness is 100μm~-150μm, and the plastic layer thickness should be 200μm~500μm; c) The surface of glass fiber reinforced plastic must be treated before spraying; d) The coating should not have obvious defects such as sagging, wrinkling, shedding, cracks and missing coating. 3.12 The setting of safety fences and operating rooms should comply with the provisions of 4.13.4.18.5.7.4 in GB8408-2000. 4 Test methods
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 All new products, products transferred to other factories and products with major improvements shall be tested in accordance with this standard before leaving the factory.4.1.2 Formal product identification, issuance of production licenses, quality spot checks, safety inspections, etc. shall be tested in accordance with this standard. According to different test purposes, the test items may be increased or decreased. 4.2 Test conditions
4.2.1 For bumper cars powered by internal combustion engines, batteries and human power, the wind speed shall not exceed 8 m/s during outdoor tests. 4.2.2 The error between the test load and its rated load shall not exceed ±2%. 4.2.3 The production unit shall provide the inspection data, records, drawings and technical documents of the product. After the inspection department confirms the qualification, the various tests specified in this standard can be carried out.
4.2.4 For bumper cars with special requirements, additional test items may be considered. -TTTKAONiT KAca-
4.3 Test instruments and measuring tools

4.3.1 According to the test requirements, select test instruments and measuring tools with corresponding accuracy. 4.3.2 The instruments and other measuring tools used in the test must be qualified by the statutory metrology department.Before and after the test, the test must be checked and calibrated. The conversion element shall be calibrated before and after the test, and its deviation must meet the requirements. 4.4 The foundation, parking lot, vehicle, mechanical transmission system, appearance and painting of the silicon bumper shall meet the requirements of 3.2.3-3.3.4.3.5 and 3.12 of this standard.
4.5 The test of rubber wheels shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T528, GB/T 531 and GB/T 1689. The tearing strength of the iron core and the rubber wheel shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 11211.
4.6 The test of cushion tires shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T528, GB/T529, GB/T532 and GB/T1689. 4.7 The test of glass fiber reinforced plastic shell shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T1447, GB/T1449 and GB/T1451. 4.B Full load test
4.B.1 Load according to the design rated value.
4.8.2 Test continuously for 10 days according to actual working conditions, 8 hours per day. 4.8.3 The measurement of the tangential force of the handwheel and the switch-on force of the foot switch shall comply with the provisions of 3.8.2 and 3.8.3 of this standard. 4.8.4 Speed measurement: The non-human-powered bumper car runs at the highest speed along a straight line under the rated load, and the time required to pass a fixed distance of not less than 5m is measured. Repeat three times and take the average value. The calculated speed shall comply with the provisions of 3.1.2 of this standard. 4.B.5 The contacts and plates of the bumper car shall be in good contact, and the bumper car shall not pause during operation. 4.B.6 Determination of the working time of the bumper car powered by a battery: The battery is fully charged and works continuously under the rated load. When the voltage drops to 85% of the rated value, its running time shall comply with the provisions of 3.6.96) of this standard. 4.B-7 Collision test: The two vehicles collide continuously for 20 times at the rated load and the maximum speed buffer specified air pressure. The parts should not be damaged or deformed, and the whole machine should not fail and can still run normally. 4.9 Overload test: The bumper car is loaded to 120% of the rated load and tested after running for 5 minutes. It should comply with the provisions of 3.8.5 of this standard. 4.10 The operation should be normal during the no-load, full-load and overload tests and comply with the relevant provisions in 3.1 of this standard. The mechanical transmission system and electrical system should comply with the provisions of 3.5 and 3.6 of this standard respectively. 4.11 Electrical parameter measurement: The electrical parameter measurement items and measurement results of the bumper car during various tests should comply with the provisions of 3.6 of this standard and Tables 4 and 5. The measurement method shall be implemented in accordance with GB 5171, GB 4706.1, GBJ 65 and GB/T 99B. 4.13 Test report

5.1 Bumper cars should be randomly sampled from the inspection batch. 5.2 Product inspection adopts GB 282B one-time sampling plan, with an acceptable quality level (AQL) of 4.0 and a general inspection level of 5.3 The batch sampling sample size and its inspection criteria should comply with the provisions of Table 6. If the number of unqualified products in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number A. , then the batch is qualified. 5.4 Unqualified batches should be inspected one by one. Qualified products can be shipped. Unqualified products must meet the requirements of qualified products after rework, otherwise they should be scrapped.
5.5 Product defects that do not meet the requirements of the standards are divided into major defects and minor defects. For major defects, see Table 7. 4.13 Test report
After each test, a test report with clear conclusions and in compliance with relevant regulations should be written. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Bumper cars should be randomly sampled from the inspection batch. 5.2 Product inspection adopts GB 282B one-time sampling plan, with an acceptable quality level (AQL) of 4.0 and a general inspection level of 5.3 The batch sampling sample size and its inspection criteria should comply with the provisions of Table 6. If the number of unqualified products in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number A. , then the batch is qualified. 5.4 Unqualified batches should be inspected one by one. Qualified products can be shipped. Unqualified products must meet the requirements of qualified products after rework, otherwise they should be scrapped.
5.5 Product defects that do not meet the requirements of the standards are divided into major defects and minor defects. For major defects, see Table 7.
