China National Petroleum Corporation December 28, 1997 This specification is edited by Dagang Oilfield Group Construction Engineering Company in accordance with the requirements of Document No. 42 of 1997 Zhongyou Technology Supervision, and is jointly compiled with China National Petroleum Corporation Engineering Technology Research Institute and other units. During the compilation process, the standard compilation team conducted a relatively serious investigation and research, summarized the practical experience of various oil users over the years, and referred to relevant domestic and foreign standards and specifications. The main technical contents were repeatedly discussed, studied and revised, and finally finalized after review. The main contents of this standard are: general principles, symbols, materials, manufacturing, installation, etc. In order to improve the quality of the standard, please pay attention to summarizing experience and accumulating information in the process of implementing this standard, and send relevant opinions and suggestions to Tianjin Dagang District Shanggulin Dagang Oilfield Construction Engineering Company (zip code: 300272) at any time for reference in future revisions. This standard was drafted by: Dagang Oilfield Group Construction Engineering Company and China National Petroleum Corporation Engineering Technology Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Yaoqing, Zhao Lianqing, Chen Zhiying and Zhang Hongyuan. 1.0.1 Atmospheric pressure vessels are special equipment widely used in oilfield production. In order to have unified technical standards for their manufacture and installation and ensure safe operation, this specification is specially formulated. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the manufacture and installation of steel welded atmospheric pressure vessels (hereinafter referred to as vessels) that meet the following requirements in surface construction projects of oil and gas fields: Inspection and acceptance 1 Cylindrical vertical vessels, cylindrical or elliptical horizontal vessels, with a volume not exceeding 100m3, a design pressure of 0.1MPa, and greater than or equal to -0.002MPa. 2 Water tanks, oil tanks, pickling tanks, electrolytic cells, chutes, funnels, etc. welded with carbon steel, ordinary resistance alloy steel, and stainless acid-resistant steel, with a volume not exceeding 40m3 and a design pressure not exceeding 0.05MPae 3 The design temperature of the vessel is higher than -20℃ and not greater than 350℃. 1.0.3 This specification is not applicable to containers heated by direct flames, containers that are frequently transported, containers that are subject to radiation, and containers buried underground or semi-underground. 1.04 In addition to complying with the provisions of this specification, the production of containers shall also comply with the requirements of the design drawings. 1.0.5 In any of the following cases, the welding of containers must be performed by welders holding the welder qualification certificate of the corresponding category issued in advance by the labor department: 1. Containers with a design temperature lower than -10℃ or higher than 250℃. 2. Containers containing flammable and explosive media or with moderate toxic hazards. 3. Containers with a product of design pressure and nominal volume greater than or equal to 0.5MPa·m or a volume V greater than 10m. 4. Containers with a nominal shell thickness greater than or equal to 8mrm. 1.0.6 The detection instruments used in the production and installation of containers shall comply with the regulations of the national metrology department. And they shall be qualified after verification. 1.07 The production of the container's ladder, counter platform, bracket, railing, reinforcement ring and accessories shall comply with the provisions of the current "Steel Structure Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code" GB50205. 1.0.8 Safety technology and labor protection during construction shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant national regulations. 1.0.9 The construction and acceptance of steel atmospheric pressure vessels for oil and gas fields shall comply with the provisions of the relevant national mandatory standards in addition to complying with this specification. b Misalignment or width of the joint Inclination of the end face of the simple section Surface local flatness Negative deviation of steel plate or steel pipe thickness Outer diameter of container or flange Inner diameter of container Weld angularity Butt weld reinforcement Maximum and minimum diameter differencebzxz.net Oil level height Straight edge height Diagonal length Nominal thickness of steel plate Maximum diameter Minimum diameter Allowable deviation of straightness Allowable deviation of full height Allowable deviation of height of curved surface Allowable deviation of height of straight edge Allowable deviation of diameter Flatness difference Allowable deviation of thickness of angle steel and fan steel Stiffness straightness Allowable deviation of width 3 Materials 3.0.1 Steel materials used for containers: shall comply with the requirements of the drawings, and their welding components must be steel materials with good welding performance. 3.02 The materials used for containers and accessories shall have quality certificates. When there is doubt about the quality certificate, the materials shall be re-tested and can only be used after they are qualified. 3.0.3 Welding materials (welding rods, welding wires and fluxes) shall have product certificates. The quality certificate of welding rods shall include the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the deposited metal. When there is doubt about the quality certificate, the welding materials should be re-tested. 3.0.4 The steel plate must be inspected visually. There should be no delamination, bubbles, scars, cracks, cracks, folds, slag inclusions and pressed iron oxide scale on the surface. The sum of the surface defects, rust depth and actual deviation of the steel plate (measured at any point) shall not exceed the provisions of Table 3.04. 3.0.4 Allowable deviation of nominal thickness of steel plate (mm) Plate nominal thickness 4.5 ~ 5.5 Allowable deviation Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
