National Standard of the People's Republic of China Bleached sulphite reed pulp Bleached sulphite reed pulp This standard applies to bleached sulphite reed pulp for the manufacture of general paper and paperboard. 1 Classification 1.1 Bleached sulphite reed pulp is divided into No. 1 and No. 2. 1.2 For board. UDC 676.13:676 .1.022.13 GB 3148-82 No. 1 pulp is used to manufacture cultural paper, toilet paper, single-faced white paperboard, etc., or it can be mixed with a part of other pulp to manufacture some higher-grade paper and paper No. 1 pulp is used to manufacture general cultural paper, ordinary toilet paper and ordinary white paperboard and other paper and paperboard. Technical requirements The technical indicators of bleached sulfite reed pulp must meet the following requirements: 2.1 Indicator name 1. Self-degree, % 2. Dust degree, mm2/500g Dust below 5mm2 Light yellow spots In 50m2 pulp board, the number of dust particles of 5~20mm2 is not less than not more than not more than not more thanWww.bzxZ.net large dust particles larger than 20mm2 are larger than 5 mm2 of oil spots and rust spots 3. Pentosan, % not less than 4. Breaking length (when beating degree 40SR, fixed mouse 60g/m2), m not less than 5. pH value of water extractant 6. Delivery moisture, % March to October November to February 7. Calculated moisture, % not more than not more than not allowed 2.2 If the following conditions exist but no more than two of them at the same time, it can be classified as second-class products. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on July 23, 1982 Not allowed Test method GB 1542-79 QB137-61 GB 745-79 GB453-79 and Article 3.2 of this standard GB 1545-—79 GB 741 --79 GB 741-79 1983-0301 implementation 2.2.1 Self-degree (%) is less than 3 specified. GB 3148 ---82 2.2.25mm2 or less Dust exceeds the specified: No. 1 pulp is within 300mm2; No. 2 pulp is within 500mm2. 2.2.3 Yellowish spots exceed the regulations: No. 1 pulp within 400mm2; No. 2 pulp within 600mm2. 2.2.4 Large dust of 5-20mm2 exceeds the regulations: No. 1 pulp within 2; No. 2 pulp within 4. 2.2.5 The tear length is lower than the regulations within 10%. 2.2.6 The delivery moisture (%) is higher than the regulations within 2. 2.3 The production brand and the quantity of first-class and second-class products shall be specified in the order contract. 3 Test method 3.1 The sampling and treatment of samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB740-79 "Methods for sampling average samples of chemical pulp" and GB450-79 "Methods for sampling average samples of paper and paperboard and treatment of samples before inspection". 3.2 Determination of tear length 3.2.1 Equipment and instruments used a. Valley beater. b. A tensile strength tester that complies with the provisions of GB453-79 "Determination of tensile strength and elongation of paper and paperboard". 3.2.2 Test steps 3.2.2.1 Sample Take out 1% of absolute pulp equivalent to 360±5g and soak it in 51% of water at room temperature for more than 4 hours. Then tear the soaked pulp board into small pieces of about 25×25mm for standby use. 3.2.2.2 Dissociation and beating Fill the pulp tank of the Valley beater with 181% of water at a temperature of 20±5℃, start the motor, and slowly add the above pulp and water used to soak the pulp. Finally, the total volume of pulp and water is 23.0±0.21, and the pulp concentration is about 1.57%. Usually the dissociation time is within 30 minutes. Beating conditions: Lever arm load: 54±1N. The number of revolutions of the knife roller: 8.3±0.2s-1. Until the pulp beating degree reaches 40°SR. The pulp is made into a paper sheet with a basis weight of 60g/m2 using a paper machine for measuring the breaking length. 3.2.2.3 Record content The record content should include: Test water temperature; The time required for complete dissociation of the pulp; The time used to reach a beating degree of 40°SR and the actual beating degree (°SR) value; The breaking length (m) of the sample when the beating degree is 40SR and the basis weight is 60g/m2, and any abnormal phenomena that must be recorded during the measurement process. 4 Inspection rules 4.1 The quantity delivered at one time is one batch, but not more than 30t. 4.2 The production shall ensure that the reed pulp produced meets the requirements of this standard. A product certificate shall be attached to each piece of reed pulp when it is delivered. 4.3 The user has the right to check whether the quality of the batch of products meets the requirements of this standard. During the inspection, first check the external packaging, and then take samples for inspection according to the regulations. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from double the number of pulp pieces, and the items that did not meet the requirements for the first time should be re-inspected. As a result of the re-inspection, even if only one piece of reed pulp does not meet the requirements, the entire batch of reed pulp should be listed as unqualified products, and the manufacturer should be responsible for handling it. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 The weight of each piece of reed pulp shall not exceed 170kg. 5.2 GB3148-82 Each piece of pulp shall be packed with 2 layers of wrapping paper of more than 300g/m2 or 3 layers of wrapping paper of more than 200g/m2, and tied tightly with 4 iron wires not thinner than No. 10 in a crisscross pattern. The appearance of the pulp pieces should be neatly packed. The packaging for short-distance transportation within the city can be carried out according to the contract provisions. 5.3 Reed pulp of different brands and grades should be packaged, stored and transported separately. A certificate of conformity should be firmly attached to the foreskin of each piece of reed pulp. The certificate of conformity shall include the following contents: manufacturer's name; product name, brand and grade; lot number and serial number of pulp; gross weight, net weight and moisture content of delivery; year, month and day of production; inspector code. Pulp should be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow and ground moisture. Clean and covered transport vehicles should be used for transportation. Pulp should not be dropped from a height during loading and unloading. Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China.
