This standard is a revision of the original GB10058—88 "Technical Conditions for Elevators". The main contents of the revision are:
1) In the chapter "Complete Machine Performance", the classification of vertical vibration acceleration and deceleration, horizontal vibration acceleration and deceleration, noise and leveling accuracy indicators are cancelled; 2) In order to improve the efficiency of elevator operation, the requirements for the opening and closing time of passenger elevator doors are added;
3) In the chapter "Reliability", the classification of reliability indicators is cancelled, and the reliability assessment requirements for control cabinets as commodity components are added; 4) In Appendix A, clear provisions are made for the technical documents that manufacturers should retain after the sale of elevator products.
From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace Appendix A of GB10058-88 as the appendix of the standard.
This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Elevator Standardization. The drafting units of this standard are: Building Mechanization Research Institute of China Academy of Building Research, Beijing Elevator Factory of China Schindler Elevator Co., Ltd., Tianjin Otis Elevator Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Elevator Industry Company.
The main drafters of this standard are Peng Kerong, Zhang Guozhen, Du Xiaohui and Yang Xizhi. This standard was first issued in 1988 and revised for the first time in 1997. Engineering Construction Standard Full-text Information System

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Basic requirements
3.1.1 Elevators and all their components should be correctly designed, reasonably structured, and comply with general technical requirements in mechanical, electrical and architectural aspects. 3.1.2 The materials used to manufacture elevators should have sufficient strength and suitable performance. 3.1.3 The entire elevator and its components should be well maintained and in normal working condition. wwW.bzxz.Net
3.1.4 Components that require lubrication should be equipped with lubrication devices that meet the requirements. 3.2 Elevator working conditions
a) The altitude shall not exceed 1000m
b) The air temperature in the machine room shall be maintained between 5 and 40℃; c) The average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month of the operating location shall be 90%, and the average minimum temperature in that month shall not be higher than 25℃;
d) The fluctuation of the power supply voltage relative to the rated voltage shall be within the range of ±7%; e) The ambient air shall not contain corrosive and flammable gases and conductive dust.
3.3 Overall performance
3.3.1 When the power supply is rated frequency and rated voltage, and the elevator car is at 50% of the rated load, the speed when running downward to the middle of the stroke (excluding the acceleration and deceleration sections) shall not be greater than 105% of the rated speed, and shall not be less than 92% of the rated speed. 3.3.2 The maximum values of the starting acceleration and braking deceleration of the passenger elevator shall not be greater than 1.5m/s.
3.3.3 When the rated speed of the passenger elevator is 1.0m/s
