This standard is based on the International Standard 1505721-1989 for the protection of the field of vision of agricultural tractors. 1 Subject and application
This standard specifies the general method for shielding the vision of the various components of a tractor when the driver is in forward, backward and upward motion.
This standard applies to agricultural wheeled and belted tractors. 2 Referenced standards
G71.1 Agricultural tractor test method Part 1 General requirements GE5236 Agricultural tractor driver's seat marking points 3 Terminology
3.7 Eye safety information
The position of the driver's seat specified when the driver is in the field. 3.2 On the horizontal surface of the front half of the tractor, a semicircle is drawn with the vertical projection point of the limit position as the center. When the tractor is moving forward, it is located in front of the control line, and its boundary diameter is perpendicular to the center of the tractor. 3.3 On the horizontal ground of the rear half of the tractor, a semicircle is drawn with the vertical projection point of the limit position as the center. When the tractor is moving forward, it is located in front of the control line, and its boundary diameter is perpendicular to the center of the tractor. 3.4 The horizontal plane after the reverse test limit and the horizontal plane between the original film position and the component that passes through the line of sight upward (excluding the obstructing component defined in Article 3.5). 3.5 The length of the obstructing surface. This shape is due to the object (such as the top column, exhaust pipe, etc.), which cannot be corrected by the eye. 4 Test equipment and parameter measurement accuracy 4.1 The test equipment mainly includes the following: the main layout, bulb holder, measuring tape, angle meter and chalk, etc., approved by the Technical Supervision Bureau in 1993-0303 19931001 bottle 4.2 Parameter accuracy Each parameter is within ± 2 5 Test accessories GB/T 3871.793bzxz.net
5.1 The general test requirements for the basic state of the test tractor shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3R71.1. 2 The test site shall be a solid surface with a ground plane not exceeding 1 meter. The ground plane shall be well laid out from the center of the field. The radius of each meter shall be within 25mm. 5.3 The light in the test site shall be sufficient to show the shadow of the test tractor hook on the ground during the test. 5.4 The tractor shall be in normal operation and all non-original parts and machine parts shall be removed. 6 Test method
6- 1. On the test site, take point 1 as the center, and if the site is limited to 12cm, half of the site can be enclosed, mark the center line NN, and draw a line with the NN line multiplied by point NN on the front side. The length is 9.5m. 6-2. Determine the driver's seat mark point in accordance with GB623G to determine the driver's seat position of the tested tractor. It is located 670mm in front of the driver's seat mark point. 6.3. Move the test tractor to the test site, and let the tractor fall toward the center line NV, with the projection point on the ground behind the driver's eye as the material.
6 6.5. Install a lamp bracket, and place two lamps with a spacing of 65mm or more on both sides of the driver's seat, and the midpoint of the line connecting the two lamps should be exactly at the eye position determined in Section 6.2. The lamp bracket should not produce a shadow on the ground. 6.6.7. Turn on the lamp and use the operator to cast shadows on the components of the tractor under test in the square above the cavity. 6.8. For each component, the following items should be repeated according to Sections 6.5 and 6.7. 6.9 Then, move the subject out of the test field and measure the length of each color on the test surface (creating shadows). Draw the shadow image left on the surface on the coordinate paper in proportion. If the size of the test field is limited, the film can be respectively drawn. The film specification rate can be
10. The following space determines the angle between the two limited surfaces of the upper specification angle: in a vertical plane parallel to the center of the engine and passing through the rear position, forward and backward, in a vertical plane passing through the center of the engine, the film should be straight and horizontal with the engine, up and to the right. 6.11 When the vehicle is driving, sit in the driver's seat and observe whether the front wheels and the rear axle can be mounted on both sides of the platform. The following conditions are evaluated and the measurement results are summarized in the table. a: The normal driving posture can be seen on the right
b, the special body movement can be seen
e. The rotation and rest can be seen
7 Test results and report
7.1 Record the measurement results of each item in the summary table. The inspection diagram is shown in Figure 1. The diagram shows the schematic diagram of the test machine. The grid lines of one meter square and the number of average items are arranged in the front half of the standard field. The upper limit is 9.5 meters in length. -2 According to the relevant provisions of: T3871.1, the end horse single life test report 3
