This standard specifies the safety requirements for the design, installation, production and maintenance of sour natural gas gathering stations (hereinafter referred to as gathering stations).
This standard applies to onshore sour natural gas gathering stations where the partial pressure of hydrogen sulfide is greater than 0.000345MPa and the maximum natural gas inlet pressure is not more than 16MPa.

3.1 The design and construction of the gas gathering station shall be undertaken by units with corresponding design and construction qualification levels. 3.2 The fire safety design shall comply with the relevant provisions of GR50183. The general layout of the gas gathering station shall also include an emergency evacuation channel for on-duty personnel
3.3 On the main line out of the gas gathering station, an emergency shut-off valve shall be installed at a position that can be reached by people in the event of an accident. 3.4 The material of the pressure vessel shall comply with the provisions of GB150. 3.5 All valves on the process and pipeline of the gas gathering station shall adopt anti-sulfur and corrosion-resistant valves. The valves selected shall comply with the provisions of Taiwan GT12234 and GF/T12237.
3.6 The gas gathering station shall be equipped with anti-sulfur and corrosion-resistant safety valves of corresponding pressure levels in different pressure level areas, and comply with the provisions of GLVT12241.
3.7 The materials of the process pipelines and arm accessories of the gas gathering station shall comply with the provisions of SY/T0599. 3.8 The materials of the instruments and other parts in contact with the natural gas medium used in the gas gathering station shall comply with the requirements of SY/T0599. 3.9 The gas gathering station shall be equipped with anti-explosion and explosion-proof electric contact alarm pressure gauges or other alarms of corresponding pressure levels at the inlet and outlet. 3.10 The process area of ​​the gas-gathering station shall be equipped with a hydrogen sulfide leak monitor and an ammonium sulfide leak detection and alarm device. 3.11 The gas-gathering station shall be equipped with an emergency pressure relief venting device. The venting device shall have a reliable ignition system. If it contains condensate, a condensate recovery device shall be installed. The production and living gas of the gas-gathering station shall use purified natural gas. 3.13 The gas-gathering station shall be equipped with emergency lighting facilities for emergencies. For gas-gathering stations containing condensate oil and gas fields, the storage and transportation of condensate oil shall comply with the provisions of SY5719. 3.14 The welding of equipment and pipelines in the gas-gathering station shall comply with the provisions of SY/T0059 and SY/T4067. 4 Trial operation and acceptance 4.1 New and expanded gas-gathering stations shall be completed and handed over according to the design documents, and all safety facilities shall be inspected. 4.2 Before the trial operation of a new or built gas gathering station, an accident emergency plan should be prepared in the trial operation plan. 4.3 The new or expanded gas gathering station should be subject to completion acceptance in accordance with the relevant provisions of the 4067 and the basic construction project acceptance. It can only be put into production after passing the completion acceptance.
5 Production Management
5.1 Safety Management System
5.1.1 A safety production responsibility system and corresponding safety management system should be established. 5.1.2 There should be corresponding operating procedures during the trial operation and production of the gas gathering station, and the operators are required to strictly follow the operating procedures. 5.1.3 The operators who take up their posts must pass the job training and assessment and hold a certificate. 5.1.4 According to the process characteristics of the gas gathering station, the inspection points and patrol inspection contents are determined, and a patrol inspection system is established. Operators must strictly implement
5.1.5 Gas-gathering stations should hang safety warning signs such as anti-poison, fire prevention, and explosion prevention, as well as signs for the storage of protective equipment in conspicuous places. 5.2 Accident emergency plan
5.2.1 Gas-gathering stations should establish emergency plans for sudden accidents such as leakage, poisoning, fire, and explosion. After approval by the superior, the emergency measures and responsibilities shall be implemented to the relevant management and operation personnel. 5.2.2 Organize relevant personnel to conduct drills according to the emergency plan. 5.3 Regular inspection of equipment and instruments
S.3.1 Pressure vessel inspections shall be carried out by units with inspection licenses in accordance with the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels", and inspection reports shall be issued and complete files shall be established.
3.3.2 Anti-poison equipment shall be managed by designated personnel, inspected once a month, and records shall be kept to ensure timely and effective use. 5.3.3 Fire-fighting facilities that have passed the inspection of the fire supervision department shall be managed by designated personnel, inspected once a month, and records shall be kept to ensure their integrity, completeness, and effectiveness.
5.3.4 The safety valve shall be inspected once a year, sealed after passing the inspection, and records shall be kept. 5.3.5 The instruments and meters of the safety system shall be calibrated once a quarter, and records shall be kept. 6 Hydrogen sulfide monitoring and personal safety protection

7 Maintenance

The shutdown maintenance plan formulated before maintenance shall include a safety chapter. 7.2 Safety education shall be conducted for the personnel participating in the maintenance before maintenance. 7.3 Coal connection and fire shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SY5858. 7.4 Lifting and hoisting operations shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6067. 7.5 The recommended equipment and safety supplies for personnel entering the maintenance site shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SY5690. Work at heights shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JGI80
7.6 When process equipment and containers are opened, water shall be immediately poured on their inner surfaces to prevent spontaneous combustion of iron sulfide. 7.7 The treatment of wastewater from maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8978. Iron sulfide shall be buried underground. 7.8 The safety maintenance of grounding devices for penetration devices and pipeline facilities shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SY5984.
