1CS 25.100.30 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T7956.1~7956.3-1999 1:50 taper pin reamer 1999-05-20 Issued State Machinery Industry Bureau 2000-01-01 Implementation JB/T7956.3—1999 This standard is a revision of JB/T7956.3—95 (formerly GB1138-84) "1:50 taper pin reamer for machine use with taper shank". During the revision, only editorial changes were made in accordance with relevant regulations, and the technical content remained unchanged. The original standard is not equivalent to the international standard ISO3467--1975 "Tapered pin reamer for machine with Morse taper shank". This standard is the first part of the JB/T7956 "50-dimensional pin reamer" series of standards, which includes the following parts: JB7956.1-1999 1: 50-taper pin reamer Part 1: Hand reamer JB/T7956.2-1999 1: 50-taper pin reamer Part 2: Hand long blade reamer JB/T7956.3-1999 1: 50-taper pin reamer Part 3: Taper shank machine reamer This standard replaces JB/T7956.3-95 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Tools. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Chengdu Tool Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Lu Meiying and Fan Jin. Scope Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China 1:50 Taper Pin Reamer Part 3: Taper Shank Machine Reamer JB/T7956.31999bZxz.net Replaces JB/T7956.3-95 This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, performance test, marking and packaging of 1:50 taper pin reamers with taper shanks. This standard is applicable to 1:50 taper pin reamers with taper shanks of 5~50mm in diameter. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards are subject to revision, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T1443-1996 Self-clamping taper for machine tool and tool handles 3 Types and dimensions 3.1 The type of 1:50 taper pin reamer for Morse handle machine is shown in Figure 1, and the dimensions are given in Table 1. AA Note: The angle values in the figure are for reference only, approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on May 20, 1999 8 BB Rotary Factory (Yuewei Margin) 2000-01-01 implementation JB/T7956.3-1999 Note: The dimensions and deviations of Morse taper handles shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1443. 3.2 Marking example Mohs number The marking of a 1:50 taper pin reamer with a taper shank of 20mm in diameter and 250mm in length is: 1:50 taper pin reamer for machine 20×250JB/7956.3—19994 Technical conditions The surface of the reamer shall not have defects such as cracks, scratches, rust and grinding burns that may affect its performance. The position tolerance of the reamer is as shown in Table 2: d≤20 T. The radial runout of the working part to the common axis is within a length of 100mm dbase-d%+value deviation /≤100 {>100~200 d>20~50 4.3 The reamer is made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 or other high-speed steel with equivalent performance. The handle of the welded reamer is made of 45# steel or other steel with equivalent performance. 4.4 Hardness of the reamer ~T The hardness of the working part is 63~66HRC: the hardness of the flat tail of the tree is 30~45HRC. Performance test JB/T7956.3—1999 5.1 The test material is 45# steel, with a hardness of 170~200HB. 5.2 Before the test, a drill bit equal to the basic diameter of the reamer should be used for drilling. Reamers with a basic diameter equal to or greater than 20mm are allowed to drill stepped holes. 5.3 The coolant used in the test is an emulsified oil-water solution. 5.4 The test cutting specifications are in accordance with Table 3: Basic true diameter of the sharp cutter Cutting speed Maximum force per revolution Depth of hole closing After the performance test, the surface roughness of the reamer hole is R, 6.3μm, and the reamer shall not have chipping and significant blunting. 5.5 Marking and packaging 6.! Marking 6.1.1 The reamer shall be marked with: a) the manufacturer’s or seller’s trademark b) the basic diameter of the reamer and the length and taper of the working part; c) the high-speed steel code. 6.1.2 The packaging box shall be marked with: a) the manufacturer’s or seller’s name, address and trademark; b) the reamer mark; c) the high-speed steel code or brand; d) the number of pieces; e) the year and month of manufacture. 6.2 Packaging The reamer shall be treated with rust prevention before packaging. The packaging must be secure and prevent damage during transportation. 10 Number of holes (pieces) Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
