《Petroleum Construction Project Quality Inspection and Assessment Standards》 Oil Field Saw 1.0.5 The anti-corrosion and thermal insulation steel pipes, prefabricated concrete components and steel containers produced by the petroleum industry shall be subject to quality inspection and assessment before leaving the factory, and quality certificates and sub-project quality inspection and assessment materials shall be provided as a guarantee for the quality assessment of the sub-projects in which they are located in the project.
1.0.6 For projects not yet included in this standard, the construction unit and the construction unit shall negotiate and formulate or adopt the appropriate quality inspection and assessment standards as the basis for quality inspection and assessment, and report to the competent department for filing.
2 Division of projects for quality inspection and evaluation
2.1 Division
2.1.1 Petroleum construction projects should be divided into sub-items, sub-sections and unit projects for quality inspection and evaluation.
2.1.2 Sub-items should be divided according to major types of work, processes, equipment sets, pipeline categories, etc.
2.1.3 Sub-section projects should be divided according to project types (or specialties), structural parts, pipeline sections, line sections, process systems, etc. 2.1.4 Unit projects should be divided according to industrial plants, workshops or design sections, process systems, and each type of project (specialty) together constitutes a unit project. When a type of project (or specialty) has independent construction conditions or independent use functions, it can also constitute a unit project alone.
2.2 Division of projects
