When the ambient air temperature at the test site is the upper limit, after the ambient temperature rise reaches the set value, within the set stroke, when the power supply voltage is 8% of the rated value, the suction force of the electromagnet shall not be less than the rated suction force value specified in Table 1. 5.3.5 Moisture resistance performance
The insulation resistance of the insulation material should be able to adapt to the damp and hot environment. According to the method specified in GB/T2423.4, the alternating heat test is carried out. The severity level of the test is the highest salinity value + 4% and the test period is 6 days. 6 Test method
6.1 Basic requirements
6.1.1 The electromagnet under test shall comply with the requirements of the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 6.1.2 Each test or each completed sequence test shall be carried out on a new and clean product. Replacement of parts or repairs are not allowed during the test (indicator lights and heart-shaped coils are allowed to be replaced). 6.1.3 The test power supply is a single-phase bridge full-wave rectifier (without filtering equipment) DC power supply. 6.2 General inspection
6.2.1 Check the electromagnet nameplate, protective grounding plate, oil waist, anti-removal measures, packaging, plastic parts and other surface quality plates. Check the flexibility of the armature action when the sensitive magnetic coil is not energized. 6.2.2 Electromagnet assembly pre-test, external dimensions and installation dimensions, electrical distance between the membrane and the plug socket, plug connection windage, grade caliper, micrometer or special tools, equipment and receiver inspection, 6.2.3 Insulation material comparison tracking index CTI error determination, according to GB.T4207. 5
6.3 Dielectric property test

6.3.1: The basic conditions of the electromagnetic frequency endurance test shall be in accordance with the provisions of 8.23.4.1 in GB/T14048.11993. 6.3.2 The waveform of the test power supply shall be in accordance with the provisions of B.2.3.4.3 of GB/14048.1-1993. 6.3.3 The T-type withstand voltage test is applied between the protective earthing piece and the contact piece (or 2) of the plug socket. 6.3.4 The micro leakage current shall not be greater than 100mA. 6.3.5 If there is no breakdown or flashover during the 1min high-frequency withstand voltage test, it is considered qualified. 6.3.6 In the factory test, the test time is allowed to be shortened to 1ss6.4 Magnetic field test
6.4.1 It is carried out on the suction test bench.
6.4.2 The K is checked to be the set voltage value.
6.4. The type test is carried out for no less than six times, and the polarity is changed after every two tests: the factory test is carried out for no less than two times, and the polarity is changed each time. 6.5 Temperature rise test
6.5.1 The test is carried out in accordance with 8.2.3.3.1 and 8.2.3.3.6 of GR/T140M8.11993. The temperature rise test should be carried out within the range of 10-40°C of ambient air temperature. The ambient air temperature change during the test should not exceed +10°C. 6.5.2 The test voltage is the rated voltage value.
5.3 The electromagnetic titanium is installed on the corresponding two-position return reading (carrying an iron block with the same outer dimensions as the reading body) and placed on a medium with poor thermal conductivity.
6.6 Suction test

6.6.2 Adjust the measured electric current to the rated voltage, and then adjust the loop current value to, and calculate it according to the formula (2): o.85U.
6.6.3 Use the repetition method to test, and change the input after every two tests. 6.6.4 The type test shall be carried out for at least sixteen times, with the polarity changed after every two tests; the factory test shall be carried out for at least twelve times, with the polarity changed each time. 6.6.5 The force at any point within the specified path shall not be less than the rated strength. 6.7 Test for heat resistance
According to the alternating heat filter test method specified in GB/T2423.4, verify the heat resistance specified in 5.3.5: check the flexibility of the armature action after the test.
6.8 Low temperature storage test
6.8.1 The electromagnet test piece is placed in a low temperature mixing box for cooling, and the cooling rate is not more than 1℃/min. After the internal temperature reaches -25℃ (the difference between the temperature of the test piece and the specified low temperature value is within ±3), continue the low temperature test for 16h, and then restore the test piece under normal fire conditions (temperature 15-35, relative humidity 45%75%, air pressure 86~106kFa). The recovery time must be sufficient to reach the stable temperature under high temperature.
6.8.2 Inspection of bending materials. Painted parts should meet the requirements of 5.2.5. 6.8.3 Check the flexibility of electromagnet action. 6. 6.10 External light protection level test

Type test is a test that must be carried out by new product development units or re-trial production units. Normally type test is only carried out once, but when the changes in product design, process, material and structure may affect its working performance, it is necessary to carry out type test of all or related items again. Type test
The electromagnetic device to be tested by the acid test or the test must be a formal trial sample. Each test item (or test sequence) should be no less than three sets. All the specified type test items should be qualified before the electromagnetic device can be considered to have passed the type test. Products that have passed the type test can be adjusted. .2.3 Test results and evaluation
In the type test, for items that do not pose a threat to safety or seriously reduce performance indicators, except for temperature rise and shell protection items, if there are errors, the manufacturer must provide sufficient information to explain that the error is not an inherent defect in the design, but is caused by the defects of individual test products. In this case, the original test product is allowed to be tested. If the test is qualified, it is still considered to be qualified for the type test. 7.3 Periodic test
. 3.1 When the product passes the type test and enters the stage of fixed production, a periodic test is carried out to check the stability of the product. The electromagnetic equipment for periodic test must be randomly selected from the batch of products that have passed the factory test. Each test item (or test sequence) shall be selected at least two units. All the specified test items must be qualified. If one unit fails in the test, it is allowed to retest the item according to the original state. If the retest results are all normal, it can be considered that the periodic test is qualified. If another unit fails in the test, it is considered that the periodic test is unqualified.
7.4 Exit test
7.4.1 Regular test
Routine test is the test and inspection conducted by the manufacturer before the electromagnetic equipment is shipped. The purpose is to check for defects in materials, processes and assembly.
