7.1 Classification of inspection and test
The inspection and test of electromagnets are divided into the following categories: a) Type test:
b) Period test:
c) Factory test: Routine test, factory sampling test. 7.2 Type test
The purpose of type test is to verify whether the design and performance of the electromagnet meet the strict requirements of this standard. Type test is a test that must be carried out by new product development units or re-trial production units. Normally type test is only carried out once, but when the changes in product design, process, material and structure may affect its working performance, it is necessary to carry out type test of all or related items again. Table 8 stipulates the items and sequence of type test: Table 8 stipulates the items and sequence of periodic test, that is, the content of general production inspection, 3. Type test
The electromagnetic device to be tested by the acid test or the test must be a formal trial sample. Each test item (or test sequence) should be no less than three sets. All the specified type test items should be qualified before the electromagnetic device can be considered to have passed the type test. Products that have passed the type test can be adjusted. .2.3 Test results and evaluation
In the type test, for items that do not pose a threat to safety or seriously reduce performance indicators, except for temperature rise and shell protection items, if there are errors, the manufacturer must provide sufficient information to explain that the error is not an inherent defect in the design, but is caused by the defects of individual test products. In this case, the original test product is allowed to be tested. If the test is qualified, it is still considered to be qualified for the type test. 7.3 Periodic test
. 3.1 When the product passes the type test and enters the stage of fixed production, a periodic test is carried out to check the stability of the product. Periodic tests should be carried out every 5 years. 3.1.2 The periodic test items and sequence shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 8. 7.3.2 Periodic test rules
JB/T10161-1999
The electromagnetic equipment for periodic test must be randomly selected from the batch of products that have passed the factory test. Each test item (or test sequence) shall be selected at least two units. All the specified test items must be qualified. If one unit fails in the test, it is allowed to retest the item according to the original state. If the retest results are all normal, it can be considered that the periodic test is qualified. If another unit fails in the test, it is considered that the periodic test is unqualified.
7.4 Exit test
7.4.1 Regular test
Routine test is the test and inspection conducted by the manufacturer before the electromagnetic equipment is shipped. The purpose is to check for defects in materials, processes and assembly.

Electromagnets must be inspected according to the second sampling plan of GB2828 before they are tested. 7.4.2.! Test! The test results are divided into dimensions, title sequence, inspection level and qualified quality level AQ1. Values shall be determined according to Table 10. Before each batch of electric iron leaves the factory, randomly select 100 samples as specified in Table 11 for inspection. If the number of unqualified units is equal to or less than A: the batch is qualified; if the number of unqualified units is equal to or more than R:, it is judged as unqualified: if the number of unqualified units is greater than A and less than R, then re-select 100 (, 100) units for inspection. If the total number of unqualified units after release is equal to or less than 4, the product is still good; if the total number of unqualified units is equal to ten, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
