5.1 Factory inspection
5.1.1 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer and issued with a product certificate before it can be shipped. 5.1.2 The items of factory inspection include:
. Appearance inspection: visual inspection in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.6: b. Dynamic load running performance, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.2. 5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 In any of the following situations, type inspection should generally be carried out: Trial type inspection for new products or old products transferred to factory production: a.
After formal production, if there are major changes in product structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b.
Formally produced products should be inspected at least once a year; d. When the product is discontinued for more than half a year and production is resumed. 5.2.2 The items of type inspection include:
a. All factory inspection items;
b. Turning operation test, which shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.1.1; The whole machine efficiency shall be measured by measuring the hand-pulling force or traction force on a track with a slope not exceeding 3/1000, and then converted according to the C.
formula specified in Article 4.1.2. The efficiency value shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The hand-pulling force can be measured by the sensor method or the base code method. The sensor method must be calibrated. The magnetic code measurement method is: when the monorail trolley bears the rated load, a code is hung on one side of its hand-pulling chain, and the base code is gradually increased in small amounts until the static friction is overcome and the monorail trolley is slowly driven to move. At this time, the weight of the code hung is the hand-pulling force of the measured monorail trolley. The hand-pulling force is measured three times and the average value is taken.
Determination of traction force: When the monorail trolley is under rated load, a soft rope is tied to the trolley, and a pulley is installed on the track at an appropriate distance from the trolley. The rope is passed around the pulley, and a magnetic code is tied to the other end of the rope. The base code is gradually increased in small amounts until the static friction is overcome and the monorail trolley is slowly driven to move. At this time, the weight of the hanging code is the traction force of the trolley being measured. The traction force should be measured three times and the average value should be taken.
d, static load test
JB/T7332-94
Before the test, the monorail trolley is adjusted to the maximum track width, clamped on the universal material testing machine as shown in Figure 4, and connected to the lifting ring with a special clamp. During the test, the load should be slowly and evenly applied until the test load specified in Article 4.3 is reached and maintained for 1 minute. Note, (I) When testing the hand chain monorail trolley, the hand chain wheel, hand chain and transmission shaft can be removed first. ②) If a trolley of more than 16t is connected by two trolleys, the body and the lifting ring can be tested separately. The force applied to the lifting ring during the test should be similar to that applied during actual use.
