The hot-dip galvanizing shall be (:R:/7.343. The coating thickness shall not be less than 460g/m, and the electroplating thickness shall not be less than 25um. 3.4. 3 Hydraulic test pressure of through-tank pipe fittings is PS-1. 5PV, there should be no seepage when the pressure is maintained for 5 minutes. 3.4.4 Through-tank pipe fittings are allowed to be connected with a metal wire with a diameter of 1.2~2mm instead of rolled convex. 3.5 Appearance The outer surface of through-tank pipe fittings is smooth and flat, and defects such as slag inclusions, pores, weld nodules, burrs, etc. are not allowed. Quality Assurance Regulations 4.1 Inspection Responsibility The cabin pipe fittings shall be inspected and accepted by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The cabin joints submitted for inspection must comply with the requirements of Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 of this specification. 4.2 Test Method Through-tank pipe fittings shall be tested for strength without pressure in accordance with the requirements of GB600. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of 3.4.3. 5 Delivery preparation 5.1 Packing Before packing, both ends of the through-tank pipe fittings shall be covered with sheaths. 5.2 Packing The through-tank pipe fittings shall be packed in boxes, and the boxes shall have packing lists. The following information shall be noted on the packing lists: i. Product name, standard number: b. Nominal pressure, nominal diameter; t. Number of pieces per box: l. Product specification 5.3 Storage The through-tank pipe fittings that have been inspected and qualified shall be placed indoors, and outdoor storage is not allowed. 5.4 Marking CB 244-95 The marking requirements for through-tank pipe fittings shall include standard number, inspection seal and manufacturer's mark.
