Some standard content:
GB/T9122--2000
This standard is a revised version of GB/T9122.1~~9122.2-1988 "Plate-type Flange Loose-sleeve Steel Pipe Flange". Based on the international and foreign advanced standards such as ISO7005-1:1992 "Metal Flange Part 1: Steel Flange", this standard has made the following modifications to the original standard in combination with domestic usage: 1. The composition of the original standard has been appropriately adjusted. From the original one flange type and one pressure level to form one standard, it has been changed to one flange type and all pressure levels to form one standard, thus compressing the original two standards into one. 2. The content of the original standard has been appropriately expanded. In the original standard, the flange sizes of the pressure levels belonging to the European system are PNO.6 and PN1.0MPa, and are only applicable to the connection of "British pipes". The revised flange standard supplements the steel pipe sizes applicable to the connection of "metric pipes" and expands the scope of application of the standard. The flange dimensions in this standard belong to the European flange system. These flange dimensions are interchangeable with the flange dimensions of the corresponding pressure level in Europe. The flange dimensions (series 1) in this standard are equivalent to the flange dimensions of the corresponding pressure level in ISO7005-1:1992. The writing format of this standard is different from that of ISO7005-1:1992. The reason for adopting the current writing format is mainly to consider the convenience of use and the inheritance in the implementation of the standard.
This standard will replace GB/T9122.1~9122.2-1988 from the date of implementation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Pipe Fittings. The drafting units of this standard are: Mechanical Science Research Institute, National Chemical Equipment Design Technology Center, Wuxi Petrochemical General Parts Factory, Zhejiang Chaoda Valve Co., Ltd., Tianjin Jinding Pipeline Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Li Junying, Yu Jun, Li Renxing, Qiu Xiaolai, Min Zhiqing, Wang Hanzhou, Gao Deliang. This standard was first issued in 1988 and revised for the first time in 2000. 240

GB/T9123.19123.42000
This standard is a revised version of GB/T9123.1~9123.361988 "Steel Pipe Flange Cover". This standard consists of the following 4 parts:
GB/T9123.1-2000 Flat and raised face steel pipe flange cover GB/T9123.2-2000 Concave and convex face steel pipe flange cover GB/T9123.3--2000 Grooved face steel pipe flange cover GB/T9123.4-2000 Ring joint face steel pipe flange cover This standard is based on ISO7005-1:1992 "Metal flanges Part 1: Steel flanges" and other international and foreign advanced standards, combined with domestic use, and the original standard has been modified as follows: 1. The original standard has been significantly adjusted. From the original one flange type, one sealing surface type and one pressure level to form one standard, it has been changed to one flange type, one or two sealing surface types and all pressure levels to form one standard, thus compressing the original 36 standards to 4.
2. The content of the original standard has been greatly supplemented and expanded. The original standard has six pressure levels of flange dimensions belonging to the European system, namely PNO.25, PNO.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5 and PN4.0 MPa, and is only applicable to the connection of "British pipes". It cannot meet the use requirements. In addition to adding flange dimensions of PN6.3, PN10.0 and PN16.0 MPa to the revised flange standard, it also adds the dimensions of steel pipes suitable for "metric pipe" connection, expands the scope of application of the standard, and makes appropriate adjustments to the pressure levels in the original standard. The two pressure levels PN10.0 and PN25.0 MPa belonging to the American system are adjusted to PN11.0 and PN26.0 MPa respectively according to ISO7005-1:1992. The purpose of the adjustment is to avoid confusion with the flange dimensions of the corresponding pressure levels of the European flange system. 1 Some dimensions in the original standard, such as flange thickness, sealing surface size, bolt specifications, bolt hole diameter, etc., have been appropriately modified according to IS () 7005-1:1992.
5Change the sealing surface "convex surface" in the original standard to "raised surface"; and unify the dimensions of flat and raised surface flanges in one standard. In this standard, the flange sizes of PNO.25, PNO.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, PN10.0 and PN16.0MPa belong to the European flange system, and the flange sizes of PN2.0.PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0, PN26.0 and PN42.0MPa belong to the American flange system; these flange sizes are interchangeable with flange sizes of corresponding pressure grades in Europe and America. In this standard, PN0.25, PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0MPa (Series 1) and PN2.0, PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0, PN26.0, PN42 The flange size of .0MPa is equivalent to the flange size of ISO7005-1:1992. The writing format of this standard is different from that of IS07005-1:1992. The reason for adopting the current writing format is mainly to consider the convenience of use and the inheritance in the implementation of the standard.
