4 Inspection rules
HG2943--1984(1997)
4.1 The manufacturer shall designate full-time personnel to conduct inspections in accordance with the provisions of this standard and the relevant provisions of national standards. The manufacturer shall ensure that the products shipped meet the requirements of this standard. Qualified products shall be accompanied by product quality certificates. 4.2 The number of pot rings shall not exceed 50,000 pieces per batch. If the number is less than 50,000 pieces per month, the number shall be one batch per month. The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 of this standard.
4.2.1 The physical and mechanical properties of the rubber used for pot rings shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Table 2 of Article 2.2 of this standard for each batch. If any of the inspection results do not meet the specified indicators, double samples shall be taken for retesting of the unqualified items. If the retest results show that one of the items still does not meet the specified indicators, the batch of rubber is unqualified. 4.2.2 The heat resistance coefficient, edible oil resistance weight change rate and finished product hygienic quality shall be inspected at least once every three months. If any of the inspection results do not meet the specified indicators, double samples shall be taken for retesting of the unqualified items. If the retest results show that one of the items still does not meet the specified indicators, the batch of rubber or finished products is unqualified. 4.3 The appearance quality of finished products shall be 100% inspected in accordance with Article 2.5 of this standard. During random inspection and acceptance, the number of random inspections shall not be less than 5% of the batch. The appearance defect missed detection rate shall not exceed 2% of the number of random inspections as a result of the random inspection, otherwise double the number of finished products shall be sampled for re-inspection. If the appearance defect rate still exceeds 2% of the number of random inspections as a result of the re-inspection, the batch of products shall be 100% reworked by the manufacturer for appearance quality inspection, and can only be shipped after they are qualified. 4.4 The purchaser may inspect the service life of the pot ring in accordance with Article 2.3 of this standard. 4.5 If the inspection results of the supply and demand parties are inconsistent, the two parties may negotiate to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, the issue shall be arbitrated by a professional department. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 Marking
The packaging should be marked, including the following: a.
Product name and specifications;
Manufacturer name;
Quantity, weight, packaging volume;
Production date;
Batch number;
f. "Food rubber products, keep clean" words. 5.2 Packaging
5.2.1 The pot ring can be packed in cartons, or packed according to the requirements and quantity of the purchaser. 5.2.2 The packaging materials that directly contact the product should meet the requirements of sanitary packaging materials. 5.3 Transportation
This product should be kept away from rain and sun, and iron hooks are prohibited during loading and unloading, and it should be kept clean. 5.4 Storage
5.4.1 The product should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse, with the warehouse temperature maintained at -10℃~37℃ and the relative humidity not exceeding 85%. 5.4.2 It shall not come into contact with acid, alkali, oil and other substances harmful to rubber or human body to avoid contamination of the product. 5.4.3 The product shall not be heavily pressed. When placed, it shall be at least 20 cm above the ground, 1.5 m away from heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight. 5.5 Under the above storage conditions, the storage period of the pot ring is set at one year. 69

A2.1 The test equipment is a rubber vulcanization tank or a pressure container. A2.2 The test equipment is guaranteed to withstand a steam pressure of not less than 3kgf/cm2 (0.29MPa) and is equipped with a device that can control the steam pressure and ensure safety.
A3 Test steps
A3.1 Test according to the test conditions of item 5 of table 2 of article 2.2 of this standard, or test according to the test conditions negotiated by the supply and demand parties. A3.2 The specimens for the tests before and after aging must be cut from the same sample. A3.3 The number of specimens for each sample shall not be less than 12, and the number of specimens for the tests before and after heat aging shall not be less than 6. A3.4 The specimens shall be hung in the test equipment, and a certain distance shall be maintained between the working parts of the specimens and between the working parts of the specimens and the wall of the vessel. Carry out the steam aging test according to the test conditions of A3.1, and take out the specimens at the specified time. A3.5 The taken specimens shall be placed at room temperature and the drying time shall not be less than 4h. Determine according to GB528-1982 within 96h. The heat aging test result is calculated according to formula (A1):
- steam aging test coefficient;
