This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of stainless steel pots. 3.1 The terms shall comply with the provisions in QB/T1622.1. 3.2 Symbols and codes shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of QB/T1622.2. 4 Product classification
4.1 Product types shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.3.2.1 to 4.3.2.4 of QB/T1622.2. 4.2 Specification division

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Performance

1-pot button; 2-pot cover; 3-pot handle; 4-pot body 5.1.1 After testing, the pot handle assembly shall not be deformed or broken. 5.1.2 After testing, there shall be no defects such as desoldering, desoldering marks, water seepage, separation, etc. at the spot welding or riveting. 5.2 The hygiene requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB9684. 2
5.3 Material requirements
5.3.1 Stainless steel plates shall comply with the 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr19Ni9 grades specified in GB/T3280 or other grades with performance not lower than that specified above.
5.3.2 Bakelite fittings shall comply with the PF2A, PF.A grades specified in the general (A) category of GB1404 or other materials with performance equivalent to that specified above.
5.4 Product quality requirements
Inspection items, grading and quality requirements shall comply with the provisions of the following table. 5.4.1

6.1 Specifications
6.1.1 The capacity is measured with a measuring cup or a measuring stick, and its value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 6.1.2 The diameter is measured with a steel ruler or a vernier caliper, and its value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 6.2 Performance in Use
Place a magnetic code weighing three times the pure water capacity of the pot in the pot, lift it up with the pot handle and hold it still for 10 minutes at a height of not less than 0.8m, then take out the magnetic code and conduct a 10-minute full water test. The result shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1. 6.3 Product Quality Requirements
6.3.1 The values of wrinkles, pits and cancer measured with a steel tape measure or vernier caliper shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.2 The values of scratches measured with a steel tape measure and a feeler gauge shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.3 The roughness of the polished surface and the roughness of the sanded surface shall be checked in accordance with GB/T6062 or GB/T6060.4, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1.
6.3.4 The edges shall be measured by visual inspection, hand touch and feeler gauge, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 361

6.3.5 Spot welding, riveting and identification marks shall be measured by self-viewing method and hand touch method, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.6 The symmetry of the pot handle shall be measured by a steel tape measure on the inner circumference of the pot body between the two pot handles, and the half difference shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.7 The fit between the lid and the pot body, the rotation after closing the lid and the opening and closing of the lid shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.8 The coaxiality of the pot lid and the pot knob shall be measured by a vernier caliper, and the calculated value shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.9 Bakelite accessories are inspected by visual method, hand touch method and after boiling in water for 30 minutes. The results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. Inspection rules

8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
