This standard is a revision of JB/T78622-1995 "Power sections, fixed sections and force bars of cutter bars for agricultural machinery". Compared with JB/T7862.2-1995, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: 1. This standard specifies the main structural features, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the moving blades, fixed blades and cutter bars (hereinafter referred to as moving blades, fixed blades and cutter bars) of agricultural machinery cutters. This standard applies to the moving blades, fixed blades and cutter bars of agricultural machinery cutters. 2 Reference standards

3 Types and basic dimensions
3.1 Moving blades

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The moving blade, fixed blade and blade bar shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The moving blade shall be made of T9 steel specified in GB/T1298 or other materials with mechanical properties not lower than T9 steel. The fixed blade shall be made of T9, 45, 20 and 15 steel specified in GB/T1298 and GB/T699. The blade bar shall be made of 35 steel specified in GB699. The fixed blade beam shall be made of Q235 steel specified in GB/T700. 4.3 Hardness of quenching zone: 50~60HRC for smooth blade moving and fixed blades, 48~58HRC for toothed blade moving and fixed blades; the hardness of non-quenching zone shall not exceed 35HRC.
4.4 After quenching, within the range of 10mm from the working surface of the moving blade to the edge and 3mm from the working surface of the fixed blade to the edge, a decarburized layer not exceeding one-third of the total length of the cutting edge is allowed without reducing the hardness value. 4.5 The hardness measurement points in the quenching zone and non-quenching zone shall comply with the provisions of Figure 7. 5

Note: Tooth depth S has two types: equal depth and semi-equal depth. The moving blade equipped with a V-type cutter can use semi-equal depth teeth. 4.7 The cutting edges of the moving and fixed blades should be sharp. The cutting edge thickness of the smooth blade should not exceed Q1mm; the cutting edge thickness of the toothed blade should not exceed 0.15mm
4.8 The toothed blade should be smooth and free of burrs, and no more than two missing teeth or bent teeth are allowed on one side of the blade. 4.9 There should be no defects such as burns and pitting within 10mm from the edge of the blade. 4.10 The movable and fixed blades should be treated with rust prevention. 5 Inspection rulesbzxZ.net
5.1 Factory inspection
5.1.1 Inspection items and indicators are determined in accordance with the technical requirements, product drawings or order contracts specified in this standard. 5.1.2 The movable and fixed blades, knife rods and fixed blade beams produced in batches shall be inspected and qualified, and accompanied by product certificates. 5.1.3 The movable and fixed blades, knife rods and fixed blade beams shall be submitted for acceptance in batches, and each batch shall be subjected to appearance inspection, and sampling inspection of dimensions, materials and mechanical properties shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The specific inspection plan should be carried out according to the secondary normal inspection sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. The qualified quality level (AQL) of the moving and fixed blades is 2.5, and the qualified quality level (AQL) of the shank and fixed blade beam is 4.0. 5.2 Final inspection
The moving and fixed blades, shank and fixed blade beam shall be subject to final inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the order contract. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The manufacturer's trademark and model shall be forged, cast or punched on the moving and fixed blades, shank and fixed blade beam. 6.2 When the moving and fixed blades are shipped separately, the weight of each package shall not exceed 50kg. The shank and riveted cutting knife shall be packed with plywood to prevent damage during transportation.
6.3 The outside of the package should be marked with:
a) the name, model and quantity of the moving and fixed blades, blade rods and fixed blade beams; b) weight;
c) the name of the manufacturer;
d) product standard number;
e) factory number and factory date;
f) storage and transportation mark.
6.4 The manufacturer's quality inspection certificate should be attached to the package. 6.5 Measures should be taken to prevent loss or damage due to vibration and bumps during transportation and loading and unloading. 6.6
