Its strength shall comply with the provisions of GB10395.1. The specific requirements are as follows: 4.1.1 The starting claw shall be protected, and the shaft end shall not protrude beyond the protection. 4.1.2 The flywheel and pulley (including the flywheel pulley) shall have protective devices. If the flywheel has no protective device, a safety sign shall be set near the flywheel, and the requirements for the safety sign shall comply with the provisions of GB10396. 4.1.3 The pulley and belt protective devices shall at least cover the engagement point, and the height of the edge of the protective device from the engagement point shall be greater than 12cm. 4.1.4 The exhaust smoke value of the tractor shall not exceed FSN5.2 and shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9486. 4.1.5 The exhaust pipe of the tractor shall be equipped with a heat insulation protective device. 4.1.6 The noise limit values of the tractor environment and the driver's operating position shall comply with the provisions of GB6376 and be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6229. 4.2 Braking performance On a 20% dry hard slope, the tractor should be able to stop reliably in the uphill and downhill directions with the parking brake. And it should be tested according to the provisions of GB/T6229. 4.3 Lighting and signal equipment The tractor should have a headlight. 4.4 Safe operation When the operating direction of the operating device is not obvious, it should be marked with operating symbols or words on or near the operating device. The operating symbols should comply with the provisions of GB/T4269.1 and GB/T4269.2. 5 Usage 5.1The tractor should at least be equipped with a trademark or factory logo on a visible part of the outer surface of the body, and a logo that can identify the model should be installed on a visible part of the outer body. 5.2 The tractor must be equipped with a product label that can be permanently maintained. 5.3 At least the following dangerous parts must be equipped with safety signs, and the safety signs should comply with the provisions of GB10396. a) Safety warning signs at the gear position: b) Safety signs for parking and parking brakes and lightning signs for single-machine speed limit and downhill steering operation instructions are added to the obvious places on the machine body, c) Warning signs for the water filling port of the evaporative diesel engine. 5.4 Each tractor should provide the user with an instruction manual and a Wineng manual, and its safety operation requirements should comply with the provisions of JB/T7865.
