This standard specifies the types and basic parameters of presses (hereinafter referred to as presses) for pressing powdered feed into hard pellet feed and block feed.
This standard applies to pellet feed presses. 2 Types
Pressing machines are mainly divided into three types:wwW.bzxz.Net

b) vertical ring die;
c) vertical flat die.

3.1 The main parameters of the press are the main engine matching power, that is, the main motor power. 3.2

Method for determining the productivity of the press
Corn flour or wheat flour accounts for 60%, oilseed cake meal accounts for 10%, bran or rice bran accounts for 30%, and other oil lubricants and binders such as molasses shall not be added.
A2 The aperture of the die used in the test
The aperture of the die used in the test is Φ5mm. A3 Determination of productivity
Before the measurement, the die of the press can be run-in, and the running-in time shall not exceed 24h. At the outlet of the press, take the pellet feed once every 5min, and each time for no less than 1min, then weigh its mass, do it 5 times in total, calculate according to formula (A1), and find the average value. 60,w(1-H)

At the outlet of the press, take about 50g of pellet feed every 5min, and take it 5 times in total. Put the pellet feed into aluminum boxes respectively. Weigh its mass immediately, dry it at a constant temperature of 105℃ until the mass remains unchanged, and weigh it again (weighing accuracy ±0.1g). Calculate the moisture content according to formula (A2) and find its average value.
