This standard applies to the inspection and acceptance of screen doors and windows. 2 Reference standards GB5827.1 Inspection rules for solid steel windows GB9156 Solid steel doors GB5823 Terminology of building doors and windows GB5826.1 Basic size series of casement steel doors (32, 40 mm solid material) GB5826.2 Basic size series of casement steel windows (25 mm solid material) GB5826.3 Basic size series of casement steel windows (32 mm solid material) GB2597 3 Technical requirements Hot-rolled window frame steel Dimensions, shapes, weights and allowable deviations of hot-rolled flat steel Varieties of rolled thin steel plates 3.1 Basic requirements 3.1.1 The profiles of screen doors and windows shall comply with the provisions of GB2597, GB706 and GB708. 3.1.2 The basic size series of screen doors and windows shall comply with the provisions of GB5826.1, GB5826.2 and GB5826.3. 3.2 Overall dimensions For the allowable deviation of height and width, see Table 1. Table 1 Allowable deviation <1500 Height A Second-level product First-level product For the allowable length difference between the two diagonals, see Table 2. Secondary Approved by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China on April 29, 1988≤600 First-class Width B Second-class Second-class Implemented on November 1, 1988 Engineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System Allowed length difference △L 3.2.3 The difference in the size of the screen fan grid is not more than 3mm. 3.3 Connection and coordination Second-class 3.3.1 Each connection (welding, bolt connection) should be firm, and no defects such as false welding, breakage, looseness, etc. are allowed. Door Second-class 3.3.2 The position of the installation holes of the screen door and window hardware parts should be accurate to ensure that the hardware parts are installed flat and firm to meet the use requirements. 3.3.3 The distance between the pressing holes shall not exceed 200mm, and the window screens shall be pressed tightly during trial installation. 3.3.4 The straightness of the screen leaf shall not exceed 1mm within a length of 1m, and its long side shall not be concave. 3.3.5 The flatness of the screen window leaf shall not exceed 1.5mm, and the flatness of the screen door leaf shall not exceed 2mm. 3.4 Appearance requirements 3.4.1 The surface of the screen doors and windows shall be flat, and there shall be no appearance defects such as burrs, welding slag, welding wire and obvious hammer marks. 3.4.2 Before applying anti-rust paint, the screen doors and windows shall be degreased and derusted; the coating shall be uniform and firm, and there shall be no obvious defects such as paint accumulation and paint leakage. 4 Inspection rules 4.1 Before leaving the factory, the screen doors and windows shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 4.2 Screen doors and windows are sampled and inspected by batch. When the batch is not more than 300 pieces, 3% is sampled and the total sampled quantity is not less than 5 pieces; when the batch is more than 300 pieces, 2% is sampled and the total sampled quantity is not less than 10 pieces. 4.3 Among the screen doors and windows sampled, if the first-grade rate is less than 90%, the batch of products shall be accepted as second-grade products. If the second-grade rate is less than 90%, the batch of products shall be doubled for sampling. If the second-grade rate is still less than 90%, all products shall be returned for repair. If the second-grade rate of the screen doors and windows sampled for the first time is less than 80%, all products shall be returned for repair. 4.4 Principles for the evaluation of first and second-grade products: key items must meet the requirements; main items meet their respective requirements; among general items, first-grade products must have more than 5 (including 5) items that meet the requirements, and second-grade products must have more than 3 (including 3) items that meet the requirements. 4.5 Inspection methods and measuring tools shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A (Supplement). 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage 5.1 Each (or each) screen door and window should have a "qualified" mark. 5.2 The screen door and window should be packed firmly, strictly prevent deformation, and be convenient for transportation. 5.3 The screen door and window should be loaded and unloaded with care to avoid collision and entanglement. It should be transported in a vertical state to prevent squeezing and deformation. 5.4 When storing screen doors and windows, they must be leveled with pads, with a vertical angle of not less than 70 and a horizontal height of not more than 1.5m to avoid contact with corrosive media.
