This standard has revised ZB/TD51003—86 "Phosphate Rock for Calcium Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer". The principles of this revision are to give full consideration to the use requirements, closely combine with the actual situation, reasonably use national resources, promote technological achievements, improve economic benefits, achieve advanced technology, reasonable economy, convenient use, and coordinate with relevant standards. In this revision, the classification of the previous version is adjusted according to GB/T12707-91 "Guidelines for the Classification of Industrial Product Quality", divided into three levels, and some control items are adjusted. R2O replaces Fe2Os, and MgO items are added to make it more in line with production practice. Necessary adjustments are made to various technical indicators based on process requirements, combined with domestic resource conditions, production status and opinions of all parties; and notes are added; the compilation rules are in accordance with GB/T1.11993.
This standard replaces the original professional standard ZB/TD51003-86 of the People's Republic of China from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Mining Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Chemical Mining Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The sampling of phosphate rock analysis samples for calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer shall be carried out according to GB/T1868. 5.2 Ores of the same grade and sent to the same user at the same time are considered as one batch. 5.3 Each batch of ore shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the production unit, and the production unit shall ensure that the phosphate rock supplied meets the technical requirements of this standard.
5.4 The user has the right to inspect the quality of the received phosphate rock in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If there is any objection, it should be raised within 15 days of arrival.
5.5 This standard adopts the "rounded value comparison method" specified in GB/T1250 to determine whether the inspection results meet the standard requirements. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have objections to product quality and need arbitration, the relevant product quality arbitration provisions in the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" should be followed.
6 Marking, labeling, packaging
6.1 Each batch of phosphate rock should have a quality manual, which includes the name of the production unit, product name, product grade, quality indicators, product net weight, batch number, shipping date and this standard number. 6.2 Phosphate rock from different delivery batches should be stacked separately. 2
