During the revision, the original standard was shortened and the main technical contents were changed. This standard replaces NJ404-36 from the date of implementation. The appendix of this standard is a reminder appendix. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Internal Combustion Engines. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard is Chen Detong.

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test conditions and inspection rules for diesel engine hydraulic speed governors (hereinafter referred to as governors). 4.! The speed regulator shall be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and meet the requirements of this standard. 4.2 As needed, the speed regulator may be equipped with the following main and auxiliary mechanisms, and its technical requirements shall be determined according to its actual use. e) Power regulation. ||tt ||4.3 The working oil of the speed regulator should ensure that the speed regulator can work normally under the ambient temperature. The working oil brand is recommended by the manufacturer. 4.4 General requirements
4.4.1 The speed regulator should be complete, and the labels and signs should be consistent with the actual object. 4.4.2 The inner and outer surfaces are not allowed to have stubs, defects and rust. The coating should not have delamination or peeling. 4.3 The seals are not allowed to have looseness. 4.4.4 The speed regulator input shaft should rotate flexibly, and each adjustment mechanism should be able to adjust automatically without jamming or slipping. It can be self-locking or locked. 4.5 The cleanliness of the speed regulator cavity should be less than 100mg of impurities. 5.6 Speed regulator control speed range
4.6.1 For small-sized speed regulators working at a constant speed such as transformer units, the minimum control speed should not be greater than 7% of the rated speed, and the maximum control speed should not be less than 10% of the rated speed. 4.6.2 For motors, ships, etc., the speed regulator for power vehicles working under variable speed shall not exceed 30% of the rated speed, and the high speed control speed shall not be less than 105% of the rated speed. 4.7 The error of the rated value of the speed control of the speed regulator shall not exceed 1.5% of the rated speed, and the low speed control speed shall not exceed ±4%. 4.7.2 The setting error of the step speed setting mechanism shall not exceed ±1% of the highest control speed, and the rest of the gears shall not exceed ±4%. 4.8 The working oil pressure of the speed regulator shall be kept constant, and the difference between the working oil pressure at 25% of the rated speed and the rated working oil pressure shall not exceed 40% kPa-4.9 The hydraulic feedback system shall be well sealed, and no leakage is allowed when the needle valve is closed. 4.10 The speed regulator shall be stable at any rotation within its control speed range, and the speed fluctuation rate shall not exceed 0.15% of the rated speed; the speed fluctuation rate below 70% of the rated speed shall not exceed 0.2% of the rated speed. 4.11 The hysteresis of the speed regulator at the rated speed shall not exceed 1%. 4.12 The full amplitude of the vibration of the inverter output shaft within the control speed range at a distance of 100mm from the rotation center: the speed regulator with damping components shall not exceed 0.20mm; the speed regulator without damping components shall not exceed 0.40mm; for reciprocating speed regulators, the full amplitude of the vibration at the output end shall not exceed (.20mm). 4.13 The failure of the steady-state speed control mechanism shall not exceed 0.15%. 4.14 The rotation stability time at the rated speed shall not exceed 59. 4.15 The maximum allowable speed drop of the steady-state speed control mechanism at zero position is 0-3r /min, speed increase is not allowed, 4.16 Warranty period and service life

5.! Test equipment
5.1.1 The test bench adopts a pneumatic test bench with a rotor-type air motor as the power (the air pressure is stable). 5. 1. 1 The speed measurement adopts an electronic digital tachometer with a resolution of 1 rmin, 5. 1.3 The tachometer accuracy shall not be less than 1.5 S.1.4 The constant temperature accuracy of the non-sleeve thermostat shall not be less than ±1℃ 5.2 Test oil and test conditions
5.2.1 The test oil can be any of the working oils recommended by the manufacturer. 5.2.2 During the test, the working oil temperature of the accelerator must be maintained at a temperature not lower than 20mm/s (equivalent to 100SSU) kinematic viscosity relative to air.
5.3 Test procedure
5.3.1 Full clarity determination
Adjustment The cleanliness of the speed regulator is assessed by collecting impurities in its working cavity without disassembling it and measuring the quality of the sample. 5.3.1.1 Clean the surface of the speed regulator assembly to be tested with a light detergent. 5.J.1.2 Lubricate the speed regulator to be tested with clean No. 0 light oil that has been passed through a chemical qualitative filter paper, and add the oil to the oil mark 1. 5.3.1.3 Run the speed regulator at low speed (traveling state) for 10 minutes on the pneumatic test bench. 5.3.1.4 Pour all the oil in the speed regulator into the cleaned collection container. 5.3.1.5 Direct return 5.3.F.2~5.3.3.4.5.3.1.6 The diesel oil containing impurities from the two bottles shall be tested according to the specification of 0B/T3821. The filter element shall be a 5 μm microporous filter membrane. 5.3.2: Regulator performance test
Use a temperature tank to heat the regulating oil and keep it at a temperature not lower than 20 μm relative to the kinematic viscosity. The error shall not exceed ±2 °C. The speed regulator and the test bench shall be connected in a closed-loop motion mode, and the speed regulator shall be restored to the state of human speed drift. The running time shall not be less than 1 min. 5.3.2.1 Assembly and leakage inspection
Adjust the compensation to put the speed regulator in a fixed running state. After running at the calibrated speed for 15 min, check the total leakage and its leakage. It shall meet the requirements of 4.4.
5.3.2.2 Check the steady-state speed adjustment mechanism
Adjust the steady-state speed adjustment mechanism to zero position, adjust the control speed to the calibrated speed, and use the method of limiting the test bench wire rope long seat to make the speed regulator power piston change within the full stroke range of 4/5. When the power piston changes from the small throttle position to the large throttle position, it should meet the requirements of 4.15. 5.3.1.3 Check the full closure of the hydraulic feedback system 2) Make it operate at 2/3 of the calibrated speed, close the valve, and observe for 1 minute. The speed should not have a unidirectional source shift. b) The needle valve is still in a dry closed state. Rapidly change the speed setting mechanism to raise the speed. The test bench speed should increase slightly, and the speed should not be too high. Rapidly open the needle and the speed should quickly reach the set value. 5.3.2.4 Check of working oil pressure stability

Make the speed regulator work at the lowest control speed, adjust the length of the test bench wire loop, make the speed drop to 1/4 of the speed regulator calibration speed, measure the working oil pressure of the speed regulator chamber in both positive and negative directions (measure within one revolution for the speed regulator working in one direction), which shall meet the requirements of 4.B.
5.3.2.5 Check of speed stability and output shaft vibration Adjust the steady-state speed regulating mechanism to the minimum position, and then make the maximum adjustment to the hydraulic feedback system. Evenly divide the speed within the speed range of the speed regulator control (measure according to the position of the step speed setting mechanism), observe the stability of the speed to be adjusted: 1min, the micro-speed fluctuation rate and the vibration value of the output shaft shall meet the requirements of 4.10 and 4.t2. 5.3.1.6 Check the hysteresis band of the speed regulating element
Adjust the speed regulating function to the calibrated speed, the power piston is in the middle working position, and after the speed is stable, slowly increase or shorten the working length of the wire rope of the test bench (first in one direction), and record the maximum deviation of the speed at the same time to meet the requirements of 4.11. 5.3.2.7 Check the insensitivity of the steady-state speed regulating mechanism Set the steady-state speed regulating mechanism to 12 and 23 of its maximum position, adjust the power piston to the position close to the minimum oil supply, adjust the speed regulator to the calibrated speed, change the working length of the wire rope of the test bench, and move the power piston to the maximum oil supply position or the minimum oil supply position. Record the corresponding stable speed at different power piston positions (5 points). Repeat this process twice, and take the larger deviation as the basis for calculation. The result should meet the requirements of 4.13.
5.3.2.8 Speed stabilization time check
The speed regulation mechanism returns to the minimum position, the hydraulic compensation is adjusted in accordance with 5.3.2.5, the governor speed is adjusted to the calibrated speed, the dynamic side is adjusted to the middle position, and the power is quickly moved to the direction with less fuel in the form of simulated load. The full stroke of [2 is copied, and the speed stabilization time is calculated using a soft meter. It should meet the requirements of 4.14. 5.3.2.9 Check the speed range and setting value. Adjust the speed setting mechanism of the speed regulator to the upper and lower limits. For the step speed setting mechanism, adjust it to each speed level respectively. Record the stable speed of the test bench when the corresponding setting position (or gear position) meets the requirements of 4.6 and 4.7. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each speed regulator shall be inspected by the manufacturing quality inspection department according to the requirements of the standard (5.3.1, 10% of the number of discs shall be randomly inspected): 6.2 The speed regulator shall be inspected according to the requirements of this standard. The speed regulator shall not be disassembled. The inspection content is generally limited to 4.5, 4.8, 4.10, 4.12: If there are unqualified ones during the acceptance, double inspection shall be carried out in the same batch of delivery. If there are still unqualified ones, they will not be accepted. 6.3 During the delivery acceptance, the number of units used for random inspection shall not exceed 20% of the batch, but not less than 2 units. 7.1: Each full-speed screen shall be equipped with product labels and other signs in a conspicuous position. 7.1.1 The label shall include: a) manufacturer name or trademark: b) model: c) operating capacity d) control speed range: e) manufacturing number: f) manufacturing date, and the speed regulator mark shall be clearly identifiable. 2 Packaging JB/T 9751—1999 7.2. The speed regulator must be packed before transportation, and the product certificate signed by the inspection personnel, the specified random spare parts, accessories and delivery parts shall be attached. 7.1.2 The full-speed regulator shall be fixed in the packaging box, and the packaging box shall meet the requirements of anti-corrosion. 7.2.3 The outer surface of the packaging box should be marked with a) manufacturer's name; c) model number: d) date: e) gross weight: "place in place", "keep out of the way", "moisture-proof" and other similar signs. 7.3 During the operation of the speed regulator, it should be guaranteed not to be damaged by machinery, gas corrosion and climate change. 7.4 The speed regulator should be stored in a safe place and should not be mixed with acid, soap and other corrosive chemicals. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that it will not rust within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory. JE/T9751-999 3,1.5.
