5.3 Test procedure
5.3.1 Full clarity determination

5.3.2.8 Speed ​​stabilization time check
The speed regulation mechanism returns to the minimum position, the hydraulic compensation is adjusted in accordance with 5.3.2.5, the governor speed is adjusted to the calibrated speed, the dynamic side is adjusted to the middle position, and the power is quickly moved to the direction with less fuel in the form of simulated load.
