"Chemical Plant Automation Control Engineering Design Regulations" (HG/T20636~20639) is based on the former Ministry of Chemical Industry Construction Coordination Department (1996) Chemical Construction Standard No. 90 "1996 Design Basic Work Plan" task, organized by the National Chemical Automation Control Design Technology Center Station (formerly the Ministry of Chemical Industry Chemical Automation Control Design Technology Center Station, the same below), in order to promote the international general design system and method (referred to as the "new system"), summarize the domestic and foreign automatic control engineering design experience, and compile it in line with international standards.
The so-called "new system" is the international general design system. The international general design system is the product of scientific and technological and economic development in the 20th century, and has become a universal international engineering company model in the world today. According to the international general design system, it is beneficial for engineering companies to undertake the general contracting of engineering construction projects and implement the "three major controls" (progress control, quality control and cost control) on projects. It is also a necessary condition for engineering companies to participate in international cooperation and international competition and enter the international market. Internationally, the entire design process is usually divided into two major design stages: process design (basic design) undertaken by the patent holder and engineering design undertaken by the engineering company; engineering design is further divided into two stages: basic engineering design and detailed engineering design.
In the procedures of the current design system in my country, before starting the basic engineering design work, the engineering company needs to form the patent holder's process design (basic design) into a preliminary design for reporting to relevant departments and users for approval. Therefore, the term "preliminary design" is retained in the relevant work content of engineering design of engineering companies in this regulation. During the two stages of engineering design, professional design documents will be divided into various editions, and the content will be published from shallow to deep.
For system/pipeline majors, seven editions of design are generally required. These seven editions are listed as follows. Four versions are prepared during the basic engineering design phase:
1. Preliminary version (referred to as "A" version);
2. Internal review version (referred to as "B\ version); 3. User review version (referred to as "C" version); 4. Confirmation version (referred to as "D" version).
Three versions are prepared during the detailed engineering design phase:
1. Detailed version 1 (or research version, referred to as "E" version); 2. Detailed version 2 (or design version, referred to as "F" version); 3. Construction version (referred to as "G" version).
It should be noted that, based on experience, the chemical industry stipulates that for large-scale, newly built chemical, petrochemical and other equipment, during the engineering design phase, the "Pipeline Instrument Flow Diagram" ( Seven editions of "P&ID", seven editions of "Equipment Layout" and four editions of "Pipeline Layout". For each engineering project, according to the characteristics of the project and the designer's familiarity with the project, several editions, all editions or additional editions can be published. The design documents of the automatic control specialty will correspond to the editions published in the above-mentioned design documents (drawings). In accordance with the requirements of the "new system" of design, the work of the automatic control specialty engineering design stage can be summarized into the following six aspects:
Draw the process control diagram (PCD) according to the monitoring conditions proposed by the process specialty; (1)
Cooperate with the system specialty to draw various versions of the pipeline instrument flow chart (P&ID); (2)||t t||Collect and study users' opinions on P&ID and instrument design regulations; (3)
Prepare instrument purchase requisitions and cooperate with the purchasing department to purchase instruments and materials (4)
(5) Determine the relevant drawings of the instrument manufacturer, submit the instrument interface conditions according to the technical documents returned by the instrument manufacturer, and carry out relevant design work;
(6) Prepare (draw) the final automatic control engineering design documents. "Chemical Plant Automatic Control Engineering Design Regulations" is an industry standard that comprehensively compiles the design procedures, design methods, design content, design management and other regulations involved in the above 6 tasks, as well as the diagrams, standards and specifications required for engineering design. It is relatively comprehensive. It fully reflects the characteristics of the "new system" of strict design division of labor, scientific work procedures, detailed and standardized design documents, strict design management, excellent work quality and design quality. It also reflects the various requirements of ISO9001 standard for design quality assurance. This standard is applicable to the automatic control professional engineering design in the chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, textile, national defense and other industries. "Chemical Plant Automatic Control Engineering Design Regulations" includes 4 chemical industry standards, with a total of 22 sub-regulations, which are:
