Notice on the release of ten national standards including "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering"Jianbiao [1998] No. 9
According to the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. Jizong [1986] 2630 and Document No. Jizong [1987] 2390, ten standards including "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" jointly revised by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry and relevant departments have been reviewed by relevant departments. The following standards are now approved as mandatory national standards and will be implemented from December 1, 1998. The original national standards "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Mechanical Equipment Installation Projects" TJ231 and "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Refrigeration Equipment Installation Projects" GBJ66-84 are abolished at the same time. "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Projects" GB50231-98 "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Continuous Conveying Equipment Installation Projects" GB50270-98 "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Metal Cutting Machine Tool Installation Projects" GB50271-98 "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Forging Equipment Installation Projects" GB50272-98 "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Industrial Boiler Installation Projects" GB50273-98 "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Refrigeration Equipment and Air Separation Equipment Installation Projects" GB50274-98||tt ||《Compressor, fan, pump installation project construction and acceptance specification》GB50275-98《Crushing, grinding equipment installation project construction and acceptance specification》GB50276-98《Casting equipment installation project construction and acceptance specification》GB50277-98《Lifting equipment installation project construction and acceptance specification》GB50278-98The above specifications are managed by the State Machinery Industry Bureau, and the specific interpretation and other work is the responsibility of the Installation Engineering Standard Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and the publication and distribution is organized by the Standard Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction.

Revision Notes
This specification is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 450 (1986), and is specifically compiled by the Installation Engineering Standard Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry in conjunction with relevant units.
During the revision process, the revision group conducted extensive investigations and studies, carefully summarized the experience since the implementation of the original specification; absorbed some scientific research results in the continuous conveying equipment manufacturing industry and new technologies, new materials and new processes in the continuous conveying equipment installation project; widely solicited opinions from relevant units across the country, and finally the Ministry reviewed and finalized it together with relevant departments.
This specification is divided into fourteen chapters and three appendices. The main contents of the revision are as follows: 1. According to the development of my country's continuous conveying equipment manufacturing industry, many new varieties have been added, backward models have been eliminated, and the scope of application and coverage of this specification have been expanded. For example, the installation project of aerial ropeways has been expanded from a single freight ropeway to the installation of single and double-line circulating freight ropeways and single-line circulating and double-line reciprocating passenger ropeways. 2. The original specification was revised in the 1970s. Due to objective reasons, standardization is still extremely imperfect. Now most of the continuous conveying equipment manufacturing standards adopt international advanced standards and equivalent standards of foreign advanced technologies. Therefore, this specification has been greatly revised in terms of inspection items, technical requirements and parameters.
3. The steps, procedures and technical requirements for the load test run of the installation project of continuous conveying equipment have been added. The quality of the installation project has been improved, and the safety and reliability of the continuous conveying equipment in production and use have been greatly improved. 4. In terms of nouns, terminology, shape and position tolerances, and measurement units, major revisions have been made in accordance with the current national standards.
If any imperfections are found in the implementation of this specification, please send your opinions and relevant materials to the Revision Group of the "Continuous Conveying Equipment Installation Project Construction and Acceptance Specifications" of the Installation Engineering Standard Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry (Address: No. 277 Wangfujing Street, Beijing, Postal Code: 100740) for reference in future revisions. Load test run shall meet the following requirements:
Article 2.0.10
1. Load test run can be carried out only after the no-load test run is qualified; 2. When several conveyors are operated together, the equipment shall be started in the order of the opposite direction of material conveying;
3. The load shall be gradually increased according to the procedures and methods specified in the equipment technical documents until the rated load is reached; the continuous operation time under rated load shall not be less than 1h, and should not be less than one working cycle;
4. The operation of each moving part should be smooth, without shaking and abnormal phenomena; 5. The lubricating oil temperature and bearing temperature should not exceed the requirements of the equipment technical documents; 6. The safety interlock protection device and the operation and control system should be sensitive, correct and reliable;
7. The conveying volume should meet the design requirements;
8. Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first, and the conveyor can only be stopped after no material is discharged from the discharge port; when several conveyors are running together, the parking order should be opposite to the starting order.
