During the revision process, the members of the compilation and maintenance team conducted a wide survey on the use of the SY 4068-93 inspection and assessment standard, and summarized the practical experience. This standard is based on the requirements of the document No. 34 of the Quality and Safety of China National Petroleum Corporation (99), edited by the Engineering Technology Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation, and co-edited by the Construction Materials Science and Technology Consultant of Daqing Shidi Oilfield Service Co., Ltd., and the "Quality and Safety of China National Petroleum Corporation" This standard is revised from the "Quantity Inspection and Assessment Standard for Production of Insulated Steel Pipes" SY/T4068--93. During the revision process, the compilation and maintenance members conducted extensive research on the use of the SY 4068-93 inspection and assessment standard, formed a comprehensive opinion draft based on the summary of practical experience, and solicited opinions from a wide range of users, unit committee representatives and committee members on a large scale. Finally, the draft was formed and the relevant professional standardization committee for oil engineering construction and implementation organized relevant professional consultations.
