Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T2380-92 Test method for shrinkage of graphite phenolic adhesive Issued on September 15, 1992wwW.bzxz.Net Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on July 1, 1993 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Test method for shrinkage of graphite phenolic adhesive 1 Subject content and scope of application HG/T2380-92 This standard specifies the instruments, equipment, specimens, test steps and result processing methods used in the shrinkage test of graphite phenolic adhesive This standard is applicable to the determination of shrinkage of graphite phenolic adhesive during thermal curing. 2 Reference standards GB/T 13465.1. General principles of test methods for mechanical properties of impermeable graphite materials 3. Instruments and equipment 3.1 Electric heating oven: accuracy ±2℃. 3.2 Micrometer: 0~25mm, 100~125mm, graduation value 0.01mm 4. Specimen 4.1 The specimen is cast with adhesive and cured at a temperature of 28~32℃ for 48h. The dimensions of the processed specimen are 120mm in length, 15mm in width and 10mm in height. 4.2 The surface of the specimen should be free of cracks, delamination and other defects that affect the measurement accuracy. The surface flatness tolerance is 0.012mm, the parallelism tolerance of the height and width of the specimen is 0.03mm, and the roughness Ra≤1.6.4.3 There should be no less than 5 specimens in each group. 5 Test steps 5.1 Measure the length, width and height of the sample at room temperature to an accuracy of 0.01mm. Measure the values from three different positions and take the arithmetic mean. 5.2 Place the sample flat in the oven for heat curing. The heating rate is: room temperature to 85℃, 10℃/h; 85~130℃, 15℃/h, 130℃ constant temperature for 5h, and cool to room temperature in the oven. Note: When the maximum curing temperature exceeds 130℃, indicate in the test report that the heating rate is 15℃/h. 5.3 After the sample is placed at room temperature for 2h, measure and take the values according to 5.1. 5.4 The room temperature difference of the sample before and after heat treatment is not greater than 4℃. 6 Result processing 6.1 Calculate the linear shrinkage of the sample in the length direction according to formula (1), and calculate the volume shrinkage of the sample according to formula (2), rounded to three significant figures. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on September 15, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1993 HG/T2380-92 L×B×HL,xB,XH Wherein: S-Linear shrinkage in the length direction of the sample, %; S-Volume shrinkage of the sample, % -Length of the sample before heat treatment, mm; -Width of the sample before heat treatment, mm; H-Width of the sample before heat treatment Specimen height, mm; L, specimen length after heat treatment, mm; B, specimen width after heat treatment, mm; H specimen height after heat treatment, mm 6.2 The test result is expressed as the arithmetic mean of 5 specimens, with three significant figures, x100% 6.3 The deviation between the test value of a single specimen and the average value shall not exceed 20%. If it exceeds 20%, the specimen data shall be invalid and another specimen shall be taken for re-test. If the supplementary measurement value is within the allowable deviation range, the supplementary measurement value will replace the invalid data. If the supplementary measurement value still does not meet the allowable deviation range, another group of samples will be taken for retesting. If the test values of two samples in a group of samples deviate from the average value by more than 20%, the data of this group will be invalidated and another group of samples will be taken for retesting. Test report The test report includes the following contents: Sample name, number, sample sending unit and date; instrument model; Sample size, quantity and sampling method; Sample heating rate; Calculated shrinkage value of each sample and arithmetic mean value of each group of samples; test date and test personnel. Additional notes: This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Non-metallic Chemical Equipment.
