JB/T 3325-1999 This standard is a revision of JB 3325-83 "Angle Gauge Blocks and Accessories". During the revision, only editorial changes were made according to relevant regulations, and the technical content remained unchanged. This standard specifies the types and dimensions, technical requirements, marking and packaging of angle gauge blocks with accuracy levels of "0", "1" and "2". This standard is applicable to block-shaped angle gauge blocks with a certain angle between measuring surfaces. This standard was first published in 1962 as GL 4-62 and was first revised to JB 3325-83 on July 13, 1983. ICS25.060.20 Standard of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China JB/T3325—1999 Angle gauge Hock and accessories 1999-05-20 Issued National Bureau of Machinery Industry 2000-01-01 Implementation JB/T3325—1999 This standard is revised on the basis of JB3325-83 "Angle gauge Hock and accessories". The technical content of this standard is consistent with that of JB3325-83, and it has only been re-edited according to relevant regulations. The appendix A and appendix B of this standard are both appendices of the standard. This standard replaces JB3325-83 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Measuring Tools and Instruments. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Harbin Measuring Tools and Cutting Tools Factory. This standard was first published as GL462 in 1962 and revised for the first time in July 1983. 1 Standard of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Angle gauge blocks and accessories Angle gauge blocks and accessories JB/T3325-1999 Replaces JB332583 This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, marking and packaging of angle gauge blocks with accuracy levels of 0, 1 and 2. This standard applies to block-shaped angle gauge blocks with a certain angle between measuring surfaces. Definition This standard adopts the following definitions. 2.1 Angle gauge block It is a triangular or quadrilateral shape, an angle measuring instrument with an angle between adjacent planes as the measuring angle and an accurate angle value. 3 Type and size The type of angle gauge block is shown in Figure 1 (the figure is only for illustration and does not show the detailed structure). 3.1 Full hole 22 a) Type I Figure 1 Angle gauge block Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on May 20, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000 1 Angle gauge blocks that are not used in combination may not have 2 through holes 2IⅡI type angle gauge blocks are allowed to have weight-reducing holes. 3.2 JB/T3325-1999 b) Type II Figure 1 Wan) The top of the angle of the angle gauge block should be blunted, and the chamfer width should not be greater than 0.5mm or the fillet radius should not be greater than 0.25mm. 3.3 The nominal values of the working angles of angle gauge blocks are specified in Tables 1 and 2. Table 1 Working angle graduation value Nominal working angle value (α) 11%, 12% 15°10″ 15°20 15°1,15°2\ 100°30 15°0'15\ Nominal working angle value 80P—81°—100°—99°, 82°8309897 84—8596°-95° 8889—92°91°, 89°10 89°50 —8920| |tt||150″30\ 86°87°94°93° 90°90°9090° 90°50 90°30 89°59'30 89.593089°5945 90°40 90°20 90°10 90°0°30\ 90°0°30 900°15\ 15°50 150'45° Technical requirements The measuring surface of the angle gauge block should be grindable. The internal stress of the angle gauge block should be eliminated. JB/T3325-1999 Angle gauge blocks should be made of alloy tool steel GCr15, CrMn or Cr. The hardness of the angle gauge block measuring surface should not be less than 63HRC, and the maximum allowable value of surface roughness R is 0.02um. 4.4 4.5 The working angle deviation of the angle gauge block, the flatness tolerance of the measuring surface (αa) and the perpendicularity tolerance (b) of the measuring surface relative to the reference plane (A) are specified in Table 3. Accuracy level Working angle deviation Flatness tolerance of measuring surface α Perpendicularity tolerance of measuring surface relative to reference plane A bμm Note: Within 3mm from the short side of the measuring surface, the flatness tolerance is allowed to be 0.6um. 5 Marking and packaging 5.1 Angle gauge blocks shall be marked with: a) manufacturer’s name or registered trademark; b) nominal value of working angle. The packaging box of angle gauge blocks shall be marked with: a) manufacturer’s name or registered trademark; b) product name. 5.3 Angle gauge blocks shall be treated with rust prevention and properly packaged before packaging. Products shall not be damaged during transportation due to poor packaging. 5.4 Angle gauge blocks that have been verified to meet the requirements of this standard shall be accompanied by a product certificate, which shall have the standard number and factory date of this standard. 3 JB/T3325-1999 Appendix AWww.bzxZ.net (Appendix of the standard) Grouping and matching of angle gauge blocks 1 Angle gauge blocks are combined and matched into four groups according to different working angle nominal values, types, numbers of blocks and accuracy grades.
