other special requirements of pipes can be supplied through negotiation between the two parties. 1.3 Manufacturing method
The pipe is made of strip material by punching and stretching. Technical requirements
21 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of the pipe shall comply with the provisions of J1588-8 "Chemical composition of alloys for vacuum devices".
2.2.1 The inner and outer surfaces of the pipe shall be smooth and free of cracks, pinholes, peeling, bubbles, roughness, inclusions, delamination and crab defects. Slight local scratches, patterns, smudges and discoloration defects are allowed. 2.2.2 The ends of the pipe shall be flat and the ends shall be allowed to have slight burrs and deformation. 2.3
The pipe size and allowable deviation shall comply with the requirements of Articles 1 and 2. The pipe holding capacity shall not exceed the allowable deviation of the outer diameter. The straightness of the pipe shall not be greater than 0.5% for the pipe with an outer diameter less than 4.0mⅢ, and the elasticity of the pipe with an outer diameter greater than or equal to 4, shall not be greater than 2%. 26
The tensile strength shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.

The chemical composition of the pipe should be in accordance with SJ164-87 "Chemical analysis method of nickel and tin for vacuum devices" 3.1
and SJ1548-87 Nickel and tin tin for vacuum devices" Spectroscopic analysis method. The appearance of the pipe is inspected by naked eyes and hands. 32
The wall thickness of the pipe is directly calculated by weighing, using a 0.01 gauge, and the diameter is greater than s. 0mm pipe can be connected with 0, 1\m, preferably the diameter is less than or equal to 8 mm, and the sample can be weighed with 0.000 value. The weight of nickel alloy pipe is calculated according to the following formula: P=(-d)
SJ 1538-87
Pmax KtDimex - tDmax -2hmax)Pmin -K(Dimin - (Dm1n-2hmn)*) In the formula, P is the weight of each material ()
D—material outer diameter, (mM)
α—pipe inner diameter (ugly)
h—material wall thickness
K—constant value. Table 5. Table 5. Iron and silver alloy grades N, NME, NS? Content (%) No. of ferrous and silver alloys ... 0 high R

3,4 The outer diameter and straightness of the pipe should be measured with a ruler with an accuracy of 0.0α1mm. The reduction should be carried out in two mutually perpendicular directions of the cross section of the material. 3,5 The true straightness of the pipe can be obtained by placing it on a workbench with a standard paper. One method is to take a pipe and place its two ends on the vertical axis. The ratio of the vertical coordinate of the highest point of the pipe bend to the distance between the two ends of the pipe is the straightness of the pipe. As shown in the figure. Inspection Rules
The pipes shall be inspected and accepted by the quality inspection department of the party, and the product quality shall meet the requirements of the standard. The buyer shall inspect and accept according to this standard within one month from the date of arrival. If there are unqualified products, they can be returned to the supplier after being identified by both parties.
This pipe shall be of the same specification. The batch number and status are combined in 43
Each batch of pipes must be 100% inspected and inspected for appearance according to the provisions of 2.2, 2., and 2.4.
Take 1% of the batch weight from each batch, and each batch shall not be less than 1 root, according to the requirements of 2 and 5 Conduct box line attenuation test. Randomly select a sample from each batch of materials and analyze the chemical composition according to the requirements of Article 2.1. Randomly select roots from each batch of pipes, and take a test piece from each root to measure the tensile strength of the pipes according to the requirements of Article 2.6. 4,5 According to the requirements of Article 2.4, 2% of the batch weight of each batch of pipes and no less than 5 roots in each batch shall be sampled to check the wall thickness of the pipes.
4,6 If one of the samples fails in the above tests, double samples shall be taken to test the qualified ones. If there are still unqualified samples, they shall be regarded as unqualified products. 5 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
5,1 Each batch of pipes shall be tied with string and wrapped with anti-traceability paper and packed in smooth 5.2 Each batch of pipes shall be firmly labeled and accompanied by a quality certificate. The label shall clearly state: a. manufacturer's name and trademark; b. product name and number: tt. Specification, batch number, net weight; d. number of this standard; e. production date; f. seal of the quality inspection department. SJ1539-87 During storage and transportation, ventilation and dry weather shall be ensured to prevent leaching, acid and harmful gas corrosion. 5.4 Marking example: brand name.
