National Standard of the People's Republic of China Check rules and test methods of cenmented carbide products This standard applies to the inspection of sintered carbide products. 1 Test method UDC 669.018.25 GB5242--85 1.1 The bending strength test method shall be carried out in accordance with GB3851-83 "Test method for transverse fracture strength of cemented carbide". 1.2 The Rockwell hardness test method shall be carried out in accordance with GB3849-83 "Test method for Rockwell hardness (A scale) of cemented carbide". 1.3 The density determination method shall be carried out in accordance with GB3850--83 "Determination method for density of dense sintered metal materials and cemented carbide". 1.4 Metallographic inspection method, low-power inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB3489-83 "Metallurgical Determination of Porosity and Non-metallized Carbon of Cemented Carbide"; high-power inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB3488--83 "Metallurgical Determination of Cemented Carbide Microstructure". 1.5 The method for determining coercive force shall be carried out in accordance with GB3848-83 "Method for Determination of Coercive (Magnetic) Force of Cemented Carbide". 1.6 The method for testing room-temperature impact toughness shall be carried out in accordance with GB1817-79 "Test Method for Testing Room-temperature Impact Toughness of Cemented Carbide". 1.7 Appearance inspection, generally visual inspection is adopted, and when in doubt, correction is called for using a magnifying glass. 1.8 Dimension inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the standards and regulations for the specific models of cemented carbide products. The inspection of cross-section structure shall be carried out under a 20-40 times magnifying glass. 1.10 The cutting performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the conventional cutting specifications for each alloy grade. The drilling performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the conventional mining alloy drilling test specifications. 2 Inspection rules 2.1 Inspection and acceptance 2.1.1 The supplier's technical supervision department shall conduct quality inspection on cemented carbide products to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of relevant national standards or professional and enterprise standards, and fill in the quality certificate. 2.1.2 The purchaser may conduct quality inspection on the received products. If the inspection results are inconsistent with the technical requirements of the standard to which the product belongs, the purchaser shall submit the inspection to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and purchaser shall negotiate and resolve the dispute. If arbitration is required, the supplier and purchaser shall jointly take samples at the purchaser. 2.2 Requirements for inspected products 2.2.1 Cemented carbide products shall be submitted for inspection in batches. 2.2.2 Cemented carbide products shall be placed separately according to brand, batch number and model during inspection, and attached with product internal transfer cards with detailed information. The products must be sandblasted, and no fillers or other debris shall be adhered to their surfaces. The inspection items, sampling rules and quantity of the products shall be as specified in Table 1. 2.3 Test Items Flexural Strength Published by the National Bureau of Standards on July 22, 1985 Sampling Rules and CountsbZxz.net Ten 5mm×5mm×35mm specimens are taken from each batch of products for preparation No Grease Test Liquid Standard Implemented on July 1, 1986 Test Item H Rosenberg Hardness Coercive (Magnetic) Force Metallurgical Structure Impact Toughness, Drilling Performance||tt ||Cutting performance GB5242---85 Continued Table 1 Sampling rules and quantity Randomly select 2 products from each batch of products (vacuum sintered products can also be sampled from each furnace or box) Randomly select 2 or more products from each batch of products (vacuum sintered products can also be sampled from each furnace or box), but the total weight must not be less than 40g Randomly select 5 products from each batch of products (vacuum sintered products can also be sampled from each furnace) Randomly select 5 boats from each batch of products (vacuum sintered products can also be sampled from each furnace), and randomly select 1 to 2 products from each boat (or furnace). Specifically: Cutting blades and wear-resistant parts: take 1 for products weighing more than 30g, and take 2 for products weighing 30g and below; Mining parts: take 1 for products weighing 50g or more, and take 2 for products weighing 50g and below Randomly take 2 from each batch of products (vacuum sintered products can also be sampled from each furnace and each box for intermediate load) From each product Take 10% from each boat (arbitration sampling is each package). If any unqualified products are found, all products in the boat shall be checked one by one Randomly take 5 samples of 8mm×8mm×55mm for all inspected batches of products Take 3 or more for all inspected batches of products; Randomly take 2 or more for all inspected batches of products Note: The inspection items of specific products shall be based on the technical requirements of each product. 2.4 Repeated test During inspection and arbitration, if one of the results does not meet the requirements of the standard, then in the batch of products, according to the provisions of 2.3 of this standard, double sampling of the item shall be repeated for re-inspection. If there is still one result that does not meet the requirements of the standard, the batch or box of products shall be unqualified. 2.5 Explanation of certain inspection items 2.5.1 Metallographic inspection includes low-magnification (100-200×) and high-magnification (1500×) inspection. In addition to determining porosity, pores and uncombined carbon, low-magnification inspection should also include inspection of decarburization, delamination, poor compression and cracks; high-magnification inspection Mainly phase composition, grain size and mixed grades. GB5242--85 2.5.2 The appearance quality inspection of alloys usually includes geometric shape, delamination, peeling, cracks, dirtiness, poor pressing, oxidation, bending, edge and corner loss, adhesion, traces, pitting, die hole blockage, burrs, carburization, decarburization, under-burning, over-burning and other contents. The specific inspection is based on the technical requirements of the standard to which the crystal research belongs. 2.5.3 Inspection of alloy cross section, magnifying mirror. Additional instructions: -Generally includes: dirtiness, mixing, poor pressing, carburization, decarburization and other items, and 20-40 times magnification should be used.
