Safety code for the inspection of packaging of dangerous goods for railway transportation is divided into 3 parts, and the first part is the? This standard is not equivalent to the United Nations Recommendations on the Inspection and Quarantine of the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Rail (12th edition; International Railway Dangerous Goods Rules for the Conformity Inspection of 3rd Edition). Safety Specifications for Inspection and Identification of Packages for Dangerous Goods Transported by Railways This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, determination and identification rules for the inspection and identification of packages for dangerous goods transported by railways. This standard is applicable to all packages for dangerous goods transported by railways except for Class 2, Class 6, Item 2 and Class 7 in the classification of dangerous goods.
This standard does not apply to packages with a net pressure of more than 400 psi and containers with a volume exceeding 400 psi. 2 Normative References

4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 Appearance requirements for packages
4.1.1.1 The stamped, printed or printed marks, signs and labels on the packages shall be accurate, clear and firm and shall comply with the requirements of GB1S359.1-2033.

4.2 Special requirements

7.1 The enterprise using dangerous goods packaging shall ensure that the dangerous goods packaging used for transportation complies with the provisions of this standard and shall be confirmed by the relevant departments. The enterprise using dangerous goods shall have the right to conduct acceptance inspection on the dangerous goods packaging received in accordance with the provisions of this standard: 7.2 The packaging of dangerous goods for transportation shall be determined in batches, with the order as one batch, but the batch shall not exceed the total quantity specified in the standard. 7.3 The validity period of the identification report shall be calculated from the date of loading of the dangerous goods. The validity period of the identification report for the packaging of Class Y dangerous substances and hazardous substances with side effects shall not exceed 6 months, and the validity period of the identification report for other dangerous goods shall not exceed 1 month, but this validity period shall not exceed the validity period of the inspection report. 7.4 Judgment rules: If any one of the items is unqualified, the dangerous goods packaging for transportation shall be disqualified.
