3 Specification series and basic parameters

4 Technical requirements
4.1 The jointing machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The jointing machine shall have manual and program control systems, and be able to complete the process of clamping, cutting, butt jointing, etc. Each action shall be accurate and reliable. 4.3 The jointing machine shall have the function of adjusting the butt joint force, clamping force, electric hot knife temperature and speed. 4.4 When the joint machine adopts vertical cutting, the intersection angle between the electric heating knife and the cutting surface is 10°~20°; when cutting horizontally, the intersection angle between the electric heating knife and the cutting surface is 10°~14°,
4.5 The hardness of the upper layer of the rubber layer of the buffer plate is Shore A70°~76°. The tear strength of the rubber layer of the buffer plate and the metal plate shall not be less than 2.9MPa. 4.6
The hydraulic cylinder shall be subjected to a pressure test, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times the working pressure, and the pressure shall be maintained for 5min, and there shall be no leakage. 4.7
Hydraulic components shall comply with the provisions of JB2131. 4.8
4.9The cylinder shall be subjected to a water pressure test, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times the working pressure, and the pressure shall be maintained for 5min, and there shall be no leakage. 4.10 The left and right clamping hydraulic (gas) cylinders shall move synchronously after adjustment, and the error shall not exceed 2.s.4.11 The left and right workbenches of the jointing machine shall be on the same horizontal plane, and their flatness shall comply with the 9th grade tolerance value specified in Appendix 1 of GB1184 within the effective working range.
4.12 The parallelism of the left and right clamping surfaces to the left and right workbenches shall comply with the 8th grade tolerance value specified in Appendix 3 of GB1184 within the effective working range.
4.13 The appearance quality of the product shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1541.4.14 The painting of the product shall comply with the provisions of ZBG95010. The average trouble-free working time of the horizontal cutting joint machine shall not be less than 300h. 4.15
5 Safety requirements
5.1 The joint machine must have an interlocking device that can be started only when two buttons are operated by both hands at the same time. 5.2 The joint machine should have a safety device to prevent the clamping mechanism from falling down by itself. When cutting vertically, there must also be a safety device to prevent the electric hot knife from falling down by itself.
5.3 The joint machine should have an easy-to-operate emergency brake device and ensure that the machine can stop running at any position. 5.4 During the operation of the whole machine, the oil temperature of the oil tank should not exceed 50℃. 5.5 The safety color of the joint machine should comply with the provisions of GB2893. 5.6 The noise sound pressure level of the joint machine during operation shall not exceed 80dB (A) 6 Test methods and inspection rules
Idle running test
The following items should be checked before the idle running test: 6.1.1
Check that the flatness of the left and right working surfaces shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.11; a.
Check that the parallelism of the left and right clamping surfaces to the left and right working surfaces shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.12. b.
The idle running test time shall not be less than 1h, and the following items shall be checked during the test: 6.1.2
Check that the clamping, cutting, docking, resetting and other actions shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2; a.
The interlocking device, safety device and emergency brake device shall be tested for no less than 20 times, and their reliability shall be checked to comply with the provisions of Articles 5.1, 5.2 and b.
5.3:

The inner tube tire joints should be connected for no less than 10 times, and the connected tire joints should be qualified products (excluding unqualified products not caused by the joint machine itself),
6.3 Inspection rules
6.3.1 Each product must be tested for idling before leaving the factory. 6.3.2 Load operation test is only carried out under the following circumstances: a.
Trial and final evaluation of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production: when the product has major changes in design, structure, materials, and processes; when the product has been discontinued for more than 3 years and production is resumed; during normal production, each At least one unit shall be sampled and tested every year. d.
6.3.3 When the load operation test fails, two more units shall be sampled and tested; if one unit still fails, the batch of products shall be tested one by one.
6.3.4 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. When it leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate and main measured data.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
Each product shall have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position. The type, size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB8. 7.1
7.2 The basic content on the product label shall include: a.
Manufacturer name or trademark;
Product name and model:
Main parameters of the product;
Factory number;
Date of manufacture.
7.3 Product packaging should comply with the provisions of HG5-1543. 7.4 Product transportation should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 7.5 The product should be stored in a rainproof, dry, ventilated warehouse or temporary shed and kept properly.
