The normal temperature shooting test should be carried out at three different times specified by the manufacturer. Each distance is different from the soldier: except for the bullet shield, the bullet shield should be observed at 10 points and the viewing window should be shot at 10 points. For bullet shields against rifles, the bullet shield should be observed at 16 points. The products with falling windows or shooting holes are exempted from relevant tests.
5.3.7 Requirement on angle of incidence
During the test, if the soldier is biased, the bullet shield should be observed at 16 points.4 Requirements for bulletproof test equipment

Test the moving wheels of the bulletproof board for forward movement, left movement, left turn, right turn, right turn, left ... During the test, when bullet fragments or projectiles penetrate the cardboard, the bullet should be checked and determined as penetration. If the bullet is not found on the cardboard, it is not considered penetration. If the bullet is located at the point of impact, the test personnel will determine the position according to the relevant requirements of this standard. After the shooting test, it will be checked whether it is a valid hit, and the basic bullet impact point distance, bullet depth and other values will be measured. 6.1 Air Environmental adaptability test
Ballistic debris-proof brand is subjected to high temperature and low temperature test chambers for test samples respectively at 155℃ and -20℃ for 3 hours. The environmental test chamber should be as far away from the shooting test as possible. When the sample is taken out, it should be wrapped in a grid and quickly installed on the rack. After installation, it should be immediately put into the shooting test. The test should comply with the provisions of 5.3.1 and 5.3.5. If invalid test results are found, the test sample should be returned to the box for insulation for 2 hours and then resealed. If a new test is carried out for re-shooting, a new high temperature and low temperature test should be carried out:

Inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. Type inspection is a full inspection of the product. It consists of four inspection groups: A inspection, whole (batch) delivery product validity inspection, and comparison group Inspection (batch): Oil sample inspection when delivering products: Inspection cycle: Once a year. Inspection (quality period): Carry out when the quality inspection or user requests: Add test items as needed, GA423-2003

The test plan and corresponding inspection method of each inspection are inconsistent with the technical requirements. 7.3 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out when the following circumstances occur: 2) New product assessment and finalization inspection:

7.4.1 Sampling rules
a) The number of test specimens for type or inspection should not be less than one piece. The samples for group B inspection should be taken from the qualified samples for group A inspection! 1) The qualified samples for groups C and D are selected from the qualified products of group B: d) The starting number of samples K is adjusted to 10 batches. The products of groups C and D are inspected as follows: 7.4.2 Rough batch rules
The products manufactured with the same batch of raw materials and the same design and production process are taken as a group batch. 7.5 Judgment rules
