Horizontal lifting test machine consists of track, trolley and baffle, 4.1.3 soft pass
Two straight rails, fixed in parallel on a horizontal plane 4.,2 trolley
4.1.2.1 There should be a test motion device: - can control the impact of the car. 4.1.2.2 There should be a real friction between the test sample and the trolley to make the test sample and the trolley move relative to each other during the static flow process before the impact. During impact, the test sample should be able to move freely relative to the vehicle. 4.1.3 Baffle
4.1.3.1 The baffle should be installed on the track, with a surface angle of 90° or 1\. 4.1.3.2 The center of the baffle should be half-full, with a size larger than the size of the test sample. 3.3 The baffle should have sufficient hardness. When subjected to a single load of 1inkz/cm, the change should not be greater than 25. 4.13.4 When necessary, a code can be installed on the baffle to make the test sample have a certain distance from the baffle after the test sample is impacted, so as to ensure that the test sample is in the baffle before and after the test sample is impacted.
4.2 Inclined impact test machine
The inclined impact test machine consists of a car and a baffle, as shown in Figure 1, GBT4857.11—2005

The test shall be carried out under the temperature and humidity conditions consistent with the pretreatment. If the treatment conditions are not met, the test must be started within 5 mir of the test sample leaving the treatment conditions.
6.5 Selection of test strength value
According to the provisions of G/T47.1H, select the test strength value. 6.6 Test steps 5.6.1 Connect the test sample to the trolley (horizontal impact test machine and inclined impact test machine or table (hanging impact test machine) 1..
0.6.1! When using the horizontal impact test machine or horizontal impact test machine for testing, the impact surface or chain of the test sample should be flush with the front edge of the trolley. When using the hanging impact test machine for testing, when the product is at a standstill, the impact surface or the calibrated surface of the test sample should not touch the impact surface.
6.6.1.2 When the test sample is impacted in the reverse direction: the angle between its impact surface and the impact surface of the baffle shall not be too large. 6.6.1.3 Calibrate the test sample When punching out, the difference between the punching out and the impact surface of the baffle shall be greater than 2. If the test standard is a parallel six-sided test, the angle between the surface of the connection and the baffle punching surface is not less than 5 or within the predetermined angle of ± [0, whichever is greater. See Figure 4. 6.6.1.4 When the test sample is subjected to angular impact, the test machine shall replace the plate at the bottom, and the error between the surface adjacent to the test angle and the baffle shall not exceed 5 or within the predetermined angle of ± 3%, whichever is greater (see Figure 4, 6.6.2 When using the horizontal impact test, the trolley shall be moved along the predetermined direction: and when it reaches the baffle punching surface, it shall reach The impact speed should be within the range of 500-6000. 6.6.3 When using the material surface impact test machine for testing, the trolley shall be raised to the required impact speed by the inclined plane. 6.6.4 When using the material surface impact test machine for testing, pull open the table and raise the position. When the distance between the table and the baffle plate reaches the required impact speed, release it. 6.6.5 Regardless of the testing machine used for the test, the impact speed error should be within 500-6000 of the predetermined impact speed. 6.6.6 After the test, the damage of the contents of the packaging shall be checked and the test results shall be analyzed. 3
