1 Subject content and scope of application
GB/T15117-94
This standard specifies the technical requirements, quality assurance, test methods and inspection rules, delivery conditions, etc. of copper alloy die castings. This standard applies to copper alloy die castings (hereinafter referred to as castings). 2 Reference standards
GB2828 Batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to continuous batch inspection) GB2829 Periodic inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to the inspection of production process stability) GIB6060.1 Surface roughness comparison sample casting surface GB6414 Casting dimension tolerance
GB/T11350 Casting machining. Allowance
GB/T15116 Die-casting copper alloy
3 Technical requirements
3.1 The chemical composition of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of GB/T15116. 3.2 Mechanical properties
3.2.1 When die-casting specimens are used for inspection, their mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of GB/T15116. 3.2.2 When die-casting body is used for inspection, the mechanical property values shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 3.3 Casting size
3.3.1 The geometric shape and size of the casting shall comply with the provisions of the casting drawing. 3.3.2 The dimensional tolerance of the casting shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6414. If there are special provisions and requirements, they shall be indicated on the drawing. 3.3.3 The dimensional tolerance of the casting does not include the casting slope. 3.4 If the casting needs to be machined, its machining base shall be indicated on the drawing or implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T11350. 3.5 Surface qualitywww.bzxz.net
3.5.1 The surface roughness of the casting shall comply with the provisions of GB6060.1. 3.5.2 The casting is not allowed to have cracks, undercasting, looseness, bubbles and any penetrating defects. 3.5.3 The casting is allowed to have defects such as scratches, depressions, lack of meat and mesh burrs, but the degree and quantity of the defects should be consistent with the standards agreed by both the supply and demand parties.
3.5.4 The gate, flash, overflow, skin, ejector marks, etc. of the casting should be cleaned, but traces are allowed. 3.5.5 If there is no special provision in the drawing, the settings of the die-casting process such as the position of the ejector, the position of the parting line, the position of the gate and the overflow 11 shall be determined by the supplier; otherwise, it shall be indicated on the drawing or agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. 3.6 Internal quality
3.6.1 If the casting can meet its use requirements, the internal defects of the casting shall not be regarded as the basis for scrapping. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on July 20, 1994 and implemented on July 1, 1995
GB/T15117-94
3.6.2 When there are requirements for the air pressure tightness, hydraulic tightness, internal defects and items not listed in this standard, the requirements shall be in accordance with the standards and agreements agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. These standards may include X-rays, non-destructive testing, pressure tests and casting profiles. 3.6.3 Under the condition that it does not affect the use of the casting, the supplier may carry out impermeability and repair treatment on the casting with the consent of the purchaser. 4 Quality Assurance
4.1 When the contract or agreement between the supplier and the purchaser stipulates, the supplier shall be responsible for all tests or inspections specified in the contract. If there is no stipulation in the contract or agreement, the supplier may use its own appropriate methods to implement the test and inspection requirements specified in this standard with the consent of the purchaser. The purchaser has the right to inspect any test and inspection items in the standard. The quality assurance standards shall be determined according to the agreement between the supplier and the purchaser. 4.2 In order to achieve the regular inspection month, an inspection batch is required to be produced by a shift and determined and recorded by the manufacturer. Significant changes in equipment, chemical composition, casting mold or operation continuity are considered to be new inspection batches. The supplier shall randomly or statistically sample and inspect each batch of castings to determine whether it meets the requirements specified in the contract or technical conditions and casting drawings. The inspection results shall be recorded.
5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Chemical composition
5.1.1 The inspection method, inspection rules and re-inspection of the chemical composition of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of 5.1 of GB/T15116. 5.1.2 Chemical composition samples can also be taken from castings, but must be consistent with 5.1.2 of GB/T15116. 5.2 Mechanical properties
5.2.1 The inspection method, inspection frequency and inspection rules of mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of 5.2 of GB/T15116. 5.2.2 When the casting body is used as the sample, the size and form of the cut part shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.3 The inspection of the geometric dimensions of castings can be carried out by batch sampling or in accordance with the provisions of GB2828 and G132829. The sampling results must comply with the provisions of 3.3 of this standard.
5.4 The surface quality of castings shall be inspected piece by piece, and the inspection results shall comply with the provisions of 3.5 of this standard. 5.5 The surface roughness of castings shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6060.1. 5.6 The castings after impregnation and repair shall be subject to corresponding quality inspection. 6 Delivery, packaging, transportation and storage of castings
6.1 When required in the contract or agreement, the supplier shall provide the purchaser with a test certificate to indicate that each batch of castings has met the requirements of this standard.
6.2 When qualified castings are delivered, they must be accompanied by a test certificate. The following contents shall be stated on it: part name, part number, alloy grade, quantity delivery status, manufacturer name, test pass mark and delivery time. If there are special inspection items, the inspection conditions and results shall be indicated on the test certificate.
6.3 The packaging of castings shall ensure that there is no rust, deformation and mechanical damage during transportation and storage. 120
