CB 589-95 3.4.2 The main parts of the stop valve must be forged or made of profiles. 3.4.3 Stop valve cover - hydraulic pressure selection strength and material tightness test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and there should be no leakage when the positive force lasts for 10 minutes. 3.4.4 The stop valve should be subjected to hydraulic tightness uniformity test. When the stop valve is respectively at a wave pressure of Pm=1.25FV, H and E forces are applied under the valve disc for 10 minutes. The test is repeated twice. There should be no leakage and lubrication when closing and opening. 3.4.5 The stop valve shall be subjected to the gas penetration test: use the air pressure Pm-PV, pressurize from the bottom of the valve, the pressure lasts for 10min, there should be no leakage between the valve disc and the valve seat when the stop valve is closed. When the stop valve is opened, there should be no leakage at the joint between the valve cover and the valve body and the stop stem. 3.5 Appearance The outer surface of the stop valve shall be smooth and flat, and no defects such as burrs, slag, and pits are allowed. 4 Quality Assurance Provisions 4.1 Inspection Responsibilities The technical inspection department of the stop valve manufacturer is responsible for the inspection. The stop valves submitted for acceptance must meet the requirements of Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 of the specification. 4.2 Test Methods 4.2.1 The stop valve shall be subjected to the strength wave pressure material tightness test according to the requirements of GB60C and shall meet the requirements of Article 3.4.3. 4.2.2 The stop valve shall be tested for liquid positive and air pressure tightness according to the requirements and divisions of GB600, and shall comply with the provisions of Articles 3.4.4 and 3.4.5. 5 Delivery preparation 5.1 Packaging Before packaging, the stop valve thread part shall be covered with a sheath. 5.2 Packing The stop valve shall be packed when leaving the factory, and the packing list shall indicate the following contents: a. Product certificate number. 5.3 Storage The product shall be placed in the dry medium room, and it is not allowed to be stored in the open air. 5.4 Marking The marking of the stop valve shall comply with the requirements of GB2032, and shall have the drawing number, inspection stamp and manufacturer's mark.
