4 Technical requirements
4.1 Dimensions
4.1.1 The inner diameter of the chain link

The inner diameter of the 1/2×1/8 chain shall not be less than 3.4mm, the inner diameter of the 1/2×3/92 chain shall not be less than 2.4mm, and the inner diameter of the 5/8×3/16 chain shall not be less than 4.6mm.
4.1.2 Total length
The total length of a 100-link chain (5/8×3/16 chain is 80 links) is 1270=mm. For the calculation method of the total length of chains with other links, see Appendix B (reference). 4.1.3 The pin length of a 1/2x3/32 chain shall not be greater than 8.2mm, 4.2 Breaking forcebzxz.net

5.1.1 Inner width of inner chain link
Inspect with a special plug gauge: The plug gauge should be able to pass through. The dimensions of the special plug gauge are shown in Appendix A (Supplement). 5.1.2 Total length
Fix one end of the chain on the chain length measuring instrument, apply force 9 to the other end, and measure its total length (see Figure 2). 98N

Measure with 0-25mm outside diameter micrometer.
5.2 Breaking force test
Take a length of 2 on the chain (13 sections for inner chain and 2 sections for outer chain), clamp it with a clamp, and install three sections at both ends in the central fixture when assembling, and test it on the tensile machine. If the breaking point occurs at the clamping position, the test is invalid, see Figure:
5.3 Flexibility test

Put the chain on a special tool and pull it by hand, and the whole chain should be able to pass (see Figure 4). Figure
5.4 Bending test
Fold the chain in half and place it on a flat plate. Use a steel ruler to measure the distance from the end of the flat plate to the outer plate as shown in Figure 5. Figure
5.5 Parts hardness test
The integrally formed parts are placed on the sample table with V-grooves, and the rolled parts are broken into four pieces. The inner surface of the blocks is scanned. The test method is in accordance with the requirements of GH230.
5.6 Chain appearance quality inspection
The appearance quality is checked by visual inspection according to Figure 6.
6 Inspection rules
6, 1 The product must be inspected and qualified by the production and inspection department, and a certificate of conformity is attached. The minimum unit product can be produced: 6.2 pieces.
6.3 Factory inspection
GB 2828 is adopted.

7.2.2Each product should be packed in a single small package, with a carton or other box packaging: then tied firmly with strapping tape or other methods. Special circumstances can be determined according to the product requirements. 7.3 Transportation
The packaging box containing the product should be flat, and should be handled with care, not spread or thrown. It should not be exposed to the sun or rain during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix it with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis for transportation. .4 Storage
