4 Technical requirements

4.1 When designing a wrench, sufficient strength should be considered and it should be ensured that deformation or breakage will not occur under the condition of increasing external force (using an extension sleeve).
4.2 The material should be 45 steel or tool steel forgings, and should be quenched and tempered. 4.3 After forging, the wrench should be subjected to stress relief annealing. 4.4 The working part of the wrench should be subjected to surface rate annealing, and the hardness value should be HRC36~48. 4.5 After heat treatment, the wrench should be sandblasted, and the surface should be blued or galvanized. 5 Inspection and testing
5.1 The wrench should not be overburned, overheated, folded or cracked. 5.2 The machined surface should be smooth, free of burrs, black skin, scratches, cracks, etc. The surface roughness and the tolerance of the opening (hole, shaft) should meet the requirements of the drawing.
5.3 The hardness test of the quenching part of the wrench shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB230, and the sampling ratio shall be 10%, but not less than two pieces. 6 Marking, rust prevention, packaging
The wrench should be marked with specifications, and the mark should be clear. 6.1
6.2 The wrench shall be treated with rust prevention in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB2901. Under normal storage conditions, the rust prevention period is one year. 6.3 The wrench should be fixed in a special tool box or other packaging box according to the relevant provisions of JB2862. 6
